Hillary Clinton continues to hold a shrinking lead over Donald Trump in the crucial state of Wisconsin, a new poll shows.

The Marquette Law School survey released Wednesday, shows the breakdown of support in a head-to-head matchup among all registered voters like this:

Clinton: 43 percent
Trump: 37 percent
No preference: 15 percent

Among likely voters, the race is tighter:

Clinton: 44 percent
Trump: 42 percent
No preference: 12 percent

In the last survey taken late last month, Clinton had a 42 percent-37 percent lead over Trump among all registered voters; and a 45 percent-42 percent edge among likely voters.

In a four-way matchup, the results among all registered voters go like this:

Clinton: 39 percent
Trump: 35 percent
Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson: 12 percent
Green Party candidate Jill Stein: 3 percent
No preference: 10 percent

Among likely voters, the breakdown is:

Clinton: 41 percent
Trump: 38 percent
Johnson: 11 percent
Stein: 2 percent
No preference: 7 percent

The survey's margin of error for the entire sample is 4.4 percentage points, for likely voters, the margin of error is 4.8 percentage points.
