Hopefully, the rest of our veterans and active duty will remember that we will defend the United States against all enemies, FOREIGN and DOMESTIC.

How about a clear fence-with clear barbed wire at the top-for the sake of those stuck living on property that the fence would cross (not having to look at an unsightly prison-style fence)?

At least we can see them coming now.
