Someone please tell me why the majority of people voted Arnold back in office, Calif.
Just looking at the alternative would answer that question for you.

I think Arnold is a sorry excuse for a governor, however, he was better than his Democrat challenger, Phil Angelides.

Among the many promises of Angelides, a driver's license for illegals sticks in my mind.

For the record, Angelides had the majority support of the Hispanics in California, but he still lost the election.

Don't blame me I voted for McClintock.

Remember Gov. Steroid's theme song during the recall: Twisted Sister's "we're not gonna take it" I knew it was phony then and not surprisingly, he has turned out ot be worse than Gray Davis in many ways. But at least he is still against drivers licenses for illegals -- for now.

Tom McClintock was on the Al Rantel show last week...and his assessment of CA's future was gloom and doom. He said that Schwarzenegger has now run up a budget deficit of 6B...3x that of former governor Gray Davis. He said that Gray Davis looks like a fiscal conservative compared to Schwarzenegger.

Taxes are astronomical and CLIMBING. There's nowhere to turn anymore...pretty soon we'll be taxed on the air we breathe.

McClintock said that by 2010, the year that Schwarzenegger terms out, CA will be INSOLVENT!

In fact because they are automatically US Citizens who receive all kind of taxpayer benefits, illegals have more babies here than in Mexico! They have four children in CA compared to 2.4 in Mexico. The current anchor baby scam not only costs Americans billions of dollars, it promotes overpopulation.

    W. if you could please call the Governators office and ask why he won't do that, then publicize his answer.
    this is exactly correct.

and our mexican socialist politicians in CA are encouraging this huge overburdening of our system and infrastructure, leading to us spending billions on services for ILLEGALS, while our basic citizen needs go unaddressed.

this is STILL correctable, but it is nearing the tipping point where it will not be correctable if we don't do something now.

You must not have noticed who he was running against.

However, Arnold will be gone soon, and then we'll have the current mayor of LA for governor.
It's like hell vomited and the Bush administration appeared.

What I don't understand is what does our government admire so much about Mexico that they want the same thing for the United States? I guess poor ugly crowded villages (towns) with people begging on the streets is mighty appealing to our politicians. Broken down automobiles on the front lawns and graffiti everywhere. Young people in gangs threatening everyone. Poverty everywhere, this is the America our politicians are leaving for our American children and future generations! Thanks Jorge,Teddy,Arnold,John Mc Pain and the rest of you traitors that are selling out America. Good Job Guys!

I think they admire the class system that puts the elites (them) on a pedestal, while everybody else scrambles for crumbs and government handouts to survive.

It's certainly worked out well for the Mexican elites. They've even got the richest man in the world living there now.

If things don't work out as planned, they can always pull up stakes and move to Dubai. That's the new home of the super-rich class that doesn't believe in nations any more.

Seriously for the first time in my life my husband and I talk about leaving this country if this invasion continues. I know it's just a fantasy and we will probably never leave. But it's really depressing having to put up with a corrupt goverment that is selling out the American people. With my dumb luck if I move to another state the invasion will follow me.

Tom McClintock would be our only hope of surviving out here. But with this being such a liberal state, his chances of getting elected are slim.
