My situation
The father of my child and love of my life is an illegal alien
He was brought here by his parents when he was 15 and
worked and live here since.. he filed for an i t number in order
to pay taxes every year, im not sure how that all works.
We have been together for 4 years and never married
simply because he never wanted me to think it was for
immigration reasons, we now have a Baby of three years
and have to think about our future, we are soon to marry
but i am worried about the whole legal process and what
our options are, i know we need legal help but with our
budgetin the wedding, fines to come im sure, and an attorney
even making the money i do will be walking the line.
any advice on up to date options for us will be appreciated
and im sure i will recieve some downgrading comments as
well and believe me dont waste your breath i have seen and
put up with hatred, rascismcomments etc from my own people all my
life

Sounds like a big load of BS to me. Is this part of your Chicano studies creative writing class?

sounds like you put your country in the wrong part of your heart.
A country is only where you are born...but only can a real man
leave his country he loves, his family for the best future in store
for his child and to be with the woman he loves

Gueritales, stories like that are going to happen. I'm sorry, but your fiance has to leave because there is much more at stake here then just you two, or others like you. There's a country at stake and the laws of our country and that over-rides these types of situations.
If you love him so much, return to his country with him, live happily ever after and work with other people to help make that country a good and strong country where the citizens have rights and where the laws are enforced to protect the citizens.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
