JUST IN FROM AGENT RAMOS' FATHER IN LAW - JOE LOYA

I just wanted to let you know so that we can get the word out that Nacho will be resentenced at 9am on November 13th in El Paso.

This could be the only opportunity for everyone to see him before they take him back and lock him up again. I'm still trying to gather more information on the resentence. It has to do with our first appeal - they dropped one of the charges and ruled that he had to be resentenced.

I'll keep you informed. We hope we get a big turnout at the U. S. Courthouse. God bless..........Joe

yeah i hope so too, but Jorge Boosh wont allow it

No way will Jorge pardon these agents. His record appears to be if Mexico asks him to jump he says 'how high?'
I, too, believe there is an agenda, these agents are being used as some kind of example.
We will not forget them and they are in my prayers every night also.

I HOPE THEY SENTENCE HIM TO TIME ALREADY SERVED....AND FREE HIM IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

They had BETTER give them AT least time SERVED! Plus SUBTRACT the sentence for OBSTRUCTING justice since THAT charge was DROPPED, it makes NO sense to do time on something that NO longer exists!

What a great turn out we had for the ride. You guys ought to watch the video. WOW what a great bunch of pictures.
