Upon further research of the site, I think it's some nutjob from Australia working alone, so I wouldn't take it seriously.

Have any "ordinary citizens" ever actually READ the North American Free Trade Agreement? For something that has had such a profound inpact on the governments of, and lives within, three countries, you would think there would be summaries of it available everywhere. Yet in all the copy written about it, I get the impression that few people outside government circles have ever actually read it. I think we need to get a copy!
