New Obama Tactic – Automatic Asylum for Guatemalan Women Who Claim Domestic Abuse

It’s almost to the point where any excuse from any border-crasher is sufficient to warrant faux asylum in the United States. Now the socialist-in-chief is creating a new avenue for illegals to game what’s left of our immigration system, with DHS, Eric Holder and Hussein Obama’s support and blessing.
Under a decision by the DOJ’s board of immigration appeals, a Guatemalan woman need only claim to be the victim of domestic violence and she will be awarded asylum in the United States.
But the unbelievable news doesn’t stop there. For border-crashers there is another, even sweeter reward for their adventure to the land of free everything and lawless government. Their children are granted American citizenship as well as inclusion in federal health, education and retirement programs.
Domestic violence is about to eclipse the supposed gang murders, the original excuse, as the number one crime in Guatemala. Those who already said that they were fleeing gang violence will surely be allowed to amend their paperwork to add, “and my husband beat me.”
Of course, in the interest of family unity, they will then most likely be allowed to reconcile, and the husband, or the undocumented equivalent of a different guy, will be allowed to join them in the near future. As a nation of fools, there is no limit to our “collective compassion.”
Ben Winograd, an attorney who represents border-crashers said, “Under this breaking decision from the Board of Immigration Appeals, many [migrant] women [detained at the detention center] Artesia may be eligible for asylum.” There’s no “may” to it, they “will” be eligible, and the Obama regime has made that certain. They will also surely expand that interpretation to other nationalities. A regional epidemic of wife beating is about to break out all across Central and South America. It’s a potential pandemic.
Winograd added, “This (long overdue) BIA decision should make many [foreign] victims of domestic violence eligible for asylum.”
Fundamental change involves erasing the southern border, importing and supporting all of the citizens of Mexico and Central America. Where is the sellout mute, “Speaker” of the House, John Boehner? He needs to step up and do his job or get out of the way. The time for party diplomacy is well past.

This situation is made for our Liar in Chief. He can thumb his nose at the American people in a new way almost every week.

Democrats who are in tight election races want him to back off, but he won't. IMO he can't. The disdain that he feels for Americans is so strong that he really cannot stop thumbing his nose at us.

The problem still exists. Americans as a whole are not convinced that this must be stopped, until we get there we will continue to get alien supporters for President and Congress. The political part of this was commenced in 1986 and has constantly advanced in favor of illegal immigration since.

There is no question that we have received what was voted for at the ballot box. Politicians are so open about it now, 20 years ago not so much, but after election, by congressional vote they revealed themselves. They get re-elected, the only requirement, "bring home the bacon."

A new ruling by an immigration judge has set what may be a dangerous, fundamentally transformational precedent for our country. One activist judge has decided to redefine what a refugee is under the law and may have literally flung the rotting, free swinging door to our nation off of its hinges in doing so.

Steven Camarota, Director of the Center for Immigration Studies is Neil Cavuto’s guest for a discussion of the impact. He says it could lead to “tens or hundreds of millions of people” applying for and being granted asylum in the United States.

Camarota said “Asylum was supposed to be for people who faced persecution because of their race or religion, generally from the government. This is completely different; this is a general social chaos. A particular society, in this case Guatemala, doesn’t take domestic violence seriously enough to go after the abuser so the woman gets asylum in the United States. That’s a complete distortion of asylum.”

He continues, “And remember, as you suggested, it’s entirely based on hearsay. It doesn’t really require much proof.” Camarota says, “All she has to do is say I was abused and I can’t get away from my husband if I stay in Guatemala, therefore let me stay here. And that‘s enough evidence if she seems credible. Because remember, it doesn’t require direct evidence, cause it’s not there, it’s just hearsay.”

Cavuto reminds us that “this expands the definition of asylum to include personal matters at home, that go beyond just whether the government is targeting you, etc.”

Camarota labels this ruling a “gross distortion of what immigration judges are supposed to do” that will potentially encourage a lot more people to come in illegally.

Neil also asks Camarota to comment on the executive amnesty threat, which he says is illegal, will likely be damaging in the Senate races, and is something that regardless of those negatives, it seems Obama is intent on doing anyway.

Obama Legalizes Guatemalan Women, Keeps Border Open for Smugglers

Barack Obama is eroding our immigration laws by keeping our borders wide open, refusing to deal with inadequate Border Patrol staffing and fencing, and his writing of new rules inviting illegals here, all of which goes largely unnoticed by the media.

THE INVITATION TO COME
A Daily Caller article of August 21st informs us that the DOJ is opening a new asylum gate for Guatemalans.
The Department of Justice’s board of immigration appeals has decided to let Guatemalan women win asylum in the United States if they claim to be victims of “domestic violence”
.
The decision creates a huge new incentive for Guatemalan women to cross the U.S. border, because if their asylum claim is accepted, “their children get U.S. citizenship, plus the use of federal health, education and retirement programs, regardless of their initial education and work skills,” the Daily Caller reported.
“The new decision also means that many of the Guatemalan women who have already crossed the border this year have a new claim for asylum,” the article continued.
The board’s decision likely will accelerate the rapid growth in asylum awards to foreigners “

The race across the border is clearly being spurred on by Barack Obama to fundamentally transform us.
THE PROOF
Brooks County, for one, is an area suffering a daily onslaught of illegals and criminal elements.
Check out the following incidents map in the Rio Grande Valley. There are more incidents not yet detailed on the map.

Human and Drug smugglers attempting to evade the US-281 checkpoint is why Brooks County is experiencing the high volume of smuggling traffic in the surrounding ranch lands.
GPS coordinates are issued by surveillance aircraft or agents on the ground for fewer than 10 percent of all recorded enforcement incidents by secure border intel’s estimations. Apprehensions may or may not have occurred.
A significant number of illegal aliens are later classified as “Got-Away” by agents on the ground.
In all incidents shown on the map 100% of the groups were attempting to evade apprehension. 100%!!! They weren’t running to agents for help.

KRGV has been following the crisis in Brooks County. An article they posted, Brooks County Want a United Front Against Illegal Immigration, is an eye-opener.

Brooks County (Texas) area residents and ranchers become the daily victims of the Federal Government’s failure to secure the border.
The un-encrypted radio traffic compiled by secure borders intel comprises less than 30% of the total activity for any given time period so reports are extremely conservative from what’s actually going on.
It corroborates the pleas for help by area residents and ranchers who have to deal with this daily criminal onslaught of illegal aliens and drug smugglers.

Camera footage was checked from the last two months in a busy drug smuggling area in Arivaca, AZ, a part of the border with no fencing for dozens of miles.
A group of at least 10 packers and one scout appeared to empty their makeshift burlap backpacks in front of our camera likely to load into a waiting vehicle just beyond visual range. After some apparent confusion running back down the trail with the unpacked cellophane wrapped bales, they moved the load into position and were gone.



The goal of getting this large gap of border fenced has just begun.

The next 7 minutes of condensed border audio from McAllen, Texas was taped on August 24th covers a 24-hour period. There were 65 groups of 516 illegals: CLICK AUDIO LINK HERE

There were many groups being worked during this 24 hour period where the size of the group and/or exact location could not be determined and this traffic comprises less than 30% of the total activity for any given time period.
Significantly, most of the activity occurred in remote areas at considerable distances north of the border.

Border Patrol Union Vice President Moran told Breitbart Texas two days ago that the problems are created by the government’s failure to fully staff the Border Patrol with the total number of agents authorized by law.
In Texas, there are only an average of seven agents assigned per mile of border, and in other border states, the number rises slightly to 14 to 17 agents per mile, but the actual number of agents in the field at any time are less than a third of those figures, due to three separate work shifts, plus sick and vacation time.
The NBPC (National Border Patrol Council) views the understaffing issue as so important, and so serious an impediment to border security, that they are supporting a bill, The Border Patrol Agent Pay Reform Act, currently being considered in Congress that could result in pay cuts for some agents.
