    But should we really be trying to compete with low wage workers in other third world countries??
    We don't have to compete if we don't want to, you know. Just my personal opinion here, but the mounting trade deficit would not be there if it were not for the free trade policies. Our politicians have opened up our markets to global competition, and are now demanding we bring in low wage workers.
