any politician that votes for this knows this would be the kiss of death. but then again, what have they got to lose except for their election in November.

By all means keep your eye on this but the elections are extremely important

If this does come up our people should give us plenty of notice , IMO he doesn't even have close to enough votes.

Nobody but Reid and maybe Durbin and a few others are crazy enough to support the nightmare act if their jobs are on the line.

Reid is cooked anyway and he knows it , he has nothing to lose , Of course that makes him dangerous , A cornered animal is always dangerous.

He is big buds with the illegals in Nev and their supporters , but he has pissed off the rest of the state.

In a strategy shift on immigration reform, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) announced Tuesday that Democrats will try to pass a bill legalizing the status of certain undocumented immigrants if they attend college for two years or join the military.

Reid will offer the DREAM Act as an amendment next week to the Defense Department authorization bill, thrusting the thorny, contentious issue of immigration reform back into the spotlight as Democrats struggle to blunt a Republican surge ahead of the November midterm elections.

Since they can't get Comprehensive Immigration Reform (amnesty) passed I figured they would try to do it piecemeal....bit by bit!
