...on September 8, 2009 via television and public address systems in our public schools.

Can anyone verify this, or is it just a rumor?

It is true. And the board of Education is promoting it. The teacher's are going to get into the act by giving students assignment like writing about and/or drawing pictures about how they can help the president. This is how Hitler's youth group started. Very dangerous.

Several of the teachers here at the high school I work for are up in arms about it, so the entire educational faculty is not on board.

I just don't think this is something we should sit quietly by and allow without some kind of uproar.

I've already made up my mind that my kids will be taking a 4 day weekend in protest to this...as a matter of fact, I will be calling the school today to request homework packets for my kids on Friday instead of Tuesday so they won't fall behind.

This is INSANE and my kids will NOT be a part of this!!!!!!!!

I heard a lot of people will be keeping their children out of school.....I feel sorry for the ones who would like to but have to work and can not keep them home....this is so pathetic! Using the Children, it the lowest!

Unfortunately, I would like to keep my girl out of school, but because there are so many ESL anchor babies that make sure the rest of the school stays sick, I need my sick days. If you miss so many days of school, they will automatically fail your child.

You should send her in with a camera that records video or tape recorder, that way you could have proof of what the new teachers are pushing on her!!

I may keep my kids at home. My wife who normally doesn't pay much attention to things political was napping in front of the TV and heard this come over Fox news. She suddenly woke up and said "What??!!! What's he trying to do??!!! Obama is an idiot and has more important things to take care of like the economy..."

Obama and masters know that brainwashing the old is VERY difficult, but brainwashing the young is definitely possible.

I just called my daughters school to ask if they were still moving forward to air Obama's video. She confirmed that they are and I even sensed a little annoyance in her voice that I would dare ask this question. I immediately fired off an email to the Principal. I live near Austin and if anyone wants to know which school please send me a private message.

I am writing to you to express my alarm and outrage to next Tuesdays planned airing of Barack Obama's address to school students at *********. I have seen for myself what is planned and can hardly believe what my eyes see! This is nothing short of political indoctrination of our children and I will not allow my daughter to be part of it. I hope that you, as the Principal of the school, are aware that this is a tactic used by socialist and communist dictatorships and would refuse to allow this to take place in your school. We as parents , teachers and administrators should all be ashamed that this is even being considered! I will be contacting other parents and spreading the word about this impending atrocity.I suggest that you would be wise to reconsider.
