Send Obama-Biden-Bloomberg Real Gun Facts New Study Shows True Gun Violence Numbers Newly-released data from the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) proves that more guns in private hands do not lead to more murders, and a Pew Research study showing widespread ignorance of this fact suggests that the public has been misled. The BJS data covers 1993 to 2011 and suggests that for almost 20 years, the gun prohibition lobby has been consistently wrong about private gun ownership and its correlation to crime. The Pew report suggests that the public has been essentially hoodwinked into believing otherwise. The three headed gun control monster made up of Obama, Biden, and Bloomberg never seem to look at the facts. We feel it is time to educate them on the truth which is why we ALL must send them the facts of this study. The more people that know the truth, the longer our Second Amendment Rights will be protected. An Associated Press report about the Pew Research revelation suggested that "intense publicity generated by recent mass shootings" may help to skew the public perception about gun-related violent crime. The release of these reports blows holes in the gun prohibition agenda. If violent crime had gone upward, gun grabbers would exploit the fact as proof that more guns in private hands lead to more violent crime. However, if the gun rights community argued that the BJS data proves increased gun ownership leads to lower violent crime rates, the dominant liberal media would savage the notion. Of course, this is the same anti-gun press that has sensationalized crimes while remaining silent about the actual crime data. The BJS data shows that gun-related homicides declined by 39 percent from 1993 to 2011, and the Pew Research Center found that gun-related homicides fell from 7 per 100,000 in 1993 to 3.6 per 100,000 in 2010, a decline of 49 percent. The declining percentages go in the same direction. Firearms-related homicides have plummeted dramatically while more Americans bought more guns, including millions of semi-automatic modern sporting rifles. More people are licensed to carry in more states, and crime is down. It is time for the gun control crowd to acknowledge they have been consistently and undeniably wrong, and admit that their agenda has never been about crime, but about public disarmament. SAF LAUNCHES EDUCATION, AWARENESS EFFORT BELLEVUE, WA – The Second Amendment Foundation will launch an ambitious three-week public education and awareness effort on nationally-syndicated talk radio programs, and XM Sirius radio to explain its legal and educational efforts and encourage public support. SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan Gottlieb said a series of advertisements will air on “threats to firearms rights and SAF’s response through litigation against unconstitutional gun laws.” “We will highlight legal abuses of constitutional rights, and explain how we challenge such laws in the courts to protect our liberty,” Gottlieb stated. “We've secured tens of thousands of dollars in advertising time over the next three weeks.” Radio spots will air on radio programs hosted by Michael Savage, Mark Levin, Lars Larson, Laura Ingraham, John Gibson, Tom Sullivan and Fox News broadcasts on XM Sirius radio. Did you know that Obama, amidst all of his Benghazi and IRS cover-ups, is flying around on Air Force One campaigning - He is railing about how he will fix his train wrecked economy and how he will get guns out of the hands of law-abiding citizens?
Obama publicly renewed his call for reform and the Democratic Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid, has vowed to reintroduce legislation. Recently at the University of Ohio Obama told students to make a difference and not let more shootings happen and in Mexico Obama said, "I will continue to do everything in my power to pass common-sense reforms that keep guns out of the hands of criminals and dangerous people." This while ignoring the fact that under his leadership he just gave away guns to Mexican criminals and drug lords who used them to kill Americans.

The Obama Administration and their anti-gun cronies want our guns! Here is a list of some radical anti-gun bills that have been proposed across the nation this year:

• Feinstein 'Assault Weapons Ban' attacking hundreds of our semi-automatic guns used for self-defense, hunting, and sport.
• Magazine capacity limitations limiting them anywhere from 7 to 15 rounds.
• Surrender your 'assault weapon', render it unoperable, or face a felony charge.
• 5 cent bullet tax for every bullet purchased.
• Additional tax of $25 for every firearm purchase.
• Ammo purchasers would have to wait 3 days to pick up ammo unless they complete an anger management course.
• Allow doctors to ask you about guns in your home.

Lawmakers are proposing anything and everything to get rid of our guns. We need to let them know this is not going to happen.

The Obama Administration has made it very clear that the gun control battle has not even gotten warmed up yet. Biden, Bloomberg, and Obama are gearing up to brainwash the American people into wanting more gun control rather than looking at the facts.

After the Senate defeat of the gun control bill in April, Bloomberg said, "It would be a great tragedy if the momentum for gun control generated after the Newtown mass shooting withered."

These anti-gunners do not care about our Second Amendment and they do not care about the victims at Newtown or any other tragic shooting. They do not want law-abiding citizens to have firearms in the U.S.

"All in all, this was a pretty shameful day for Washington...Sooner or later we are going to get this right." -Obama's reaction to the Senate defeat.

Biden's reaction after the Senate defeated the gun control bill in April, "Let me say this as clearly as I can: this is just the beginning..."That doesn't mean this is the end of the process. This is the beginning of the process."

This trio of anti-gunners is prepared to take away guns from law-abiding citizens and we must do everything in our power to stop them. We must let our Senators know that we will not stand for additional federal gun control.

We may very well hold the leverage with the U.S. Senate because of the huge percentage of Americans who are gun owners. They do not want their information to be on record.

Gun owners are the ones that vote these Senators into office. In 2014 there will be one of the most important elections in recent history; not for President, but the Republicans may be able to take control of the Senate giving them control in both the Senate and House of Representatives. This is exactly what Obama and his radical anti-gun cronies do not want in his last term.

Currently there are Senate democrats holding seats in rural states, states that favor guns and our Second Amendment. These Senators do not want a list of gun control votes on their record before their 2014 re-elections. If they reject all gun control proposals we win, if they vote yes to all of these anti-gun bills we will publicly display their record and not vote them back into office...their choice.

Today, with Barack Obama in his last term, the anti-gun agenda is one of the best funded operations I have ever seen. The anti-gun extremists are quickly building up their army.

I've been actively involved in this fight for over thirty years. But, without your help, and the help of other concerned citizens there is little that I can do.
