I just love the fact that Judge Payne is telling the ACLU, to re-submit their complaint. All the while rejecting them once and again and bleeding their resources.

If this becomes a precedent then that will be the end of
aclu and other lawsuits

Illegals are in violation of federal law to begin with
so therefore they have no standing

ILLEGAL aliens is PRECISELY what ILLICIT foreigners SHOULD be called, for THAT is EXACTLY WHO they ARE! JUST like my LEGAL resident BRAZILIAN friend said in a HEATED debate on this some time ago!

Thank GOD there is a judge who has some gumption to stand up to this garbage.

I was wondering if there were ANY good men/women left in our government at all.!!

I definately think we should let him hear how proud we are of him defending what is RIGHT about our laws. What a novel idea. I tried to find a website for him, or at least a link to email him but have had no luck. Anyone know how to contact him? I am new to this and trying to learn how to do my part.
