New MexicoæÅ*¯ Governor Richardson declared a state of emergency yesterday and released state funds to assist local enforcement agencies in combating tsunamis of illegal aliens swarming across the NM border, as well as interdicting massive drug smuggling. The Governor stated that four New Mexico counties, "have been devastated by the ravages and terror of human smuggling, drug smuggling, kidnapping, murder, destruction of property".

The day before yesterday, hundreds of Americans attended an anti-illegal immigrant protest in Carlsbad, California to condemn you and your refusal to enforce our immigration laws, including protecting our borders. Former U.S. Attorney Pete Nunez said, to thunderous applause, "Today we have the worst enforcement we've ever had in the history of our country."

House Majority Leader Tom DeLay addressed a growing national concern about the threats posed by illegal immigration on August 4, when he said, "we ought not seek to close our borders, but to secure them."

In Idaho, Canyon County Commissioner Robert Vasquez is trying to do what he rightfully accuses you of refusing to do, enforce our immigration laws. Mr. Vasquez recently sued several local employers in an attempt to use a federal anticorruption law to prohibit hiring illegals.

From Brazos Island Texas, to Imperial Beach California, hundreds of Minutemen are gearing - up to do what youæÅ*³e refused to do, protect our borders.

Patriotic Americans in other parts of our country are similarly fed-up with your illegal alien malfeasance & incompetence. They include citizens in Farmingville, New York; Tyngsboro, Massachusetts; Conroe, Texas; Jaffrey, New Hampshire; Loudoun, Virginia; and Danbury, Connecticut.

Your disdain for your Oath-Of-Office is mind-boggling. Just after the London terrorist bombings you said, "Here at home, federal, state, and local officials are doing everything possible to protect us from another terrorist attack in America." And yet the tsunamis just flood in, unabated. ZZZZzzzz. Could these hordes include terrorists?

During your 2nd inaugural address you said, "My most solemn duty is to protect this nation and its people from further attacks and emerging threats." And yet the tsunamis just flood in, unabated. ZZZZzzzz. Could these tsunamis include terrorists?

During your final debate with Senator Kerry you stated, "We are a nation in danger. We're doing everything we can in our power to confront the danger." On September 13, 2004, in Muskegon, Michigan, you stated. "My job is to protect you as best I can." And yet the tsunamis just flood in, unabated. ZZZZzzzz. Could these tsunamis include terrorists?

Had the CEO of a Fortune 500 corporation been so out-to-lunch on an issue of such mega significance to his/her organization, they would have been fired within a year. And yet you just snooze-on. So why are you still around? Why shouldnæÅ*° you be impeached for malfeasance & incompetence? This country is really in trouble when its President allows something as malevolent as illegal immigration to overwhelm his fiduciary obligations for something thatæÅ*¯ little more than arsenic for the future of our nation.
