Thread: Outrage:Latino debt collector: Racist slurs to BofA cus

BofA and ACT were hiring Mexicans straight out of prison, giving them access to all your personal info including your social security number, banking habits, address, phone numbers, wife's names, and allowing thugs to threaten people over money.

Looks like they finally got called on it when they started getting overly racist.

Just think of all the different things they said and did to people to make them afraid and want to pay that we have not heard about because it did not involve the N work or picking cotton?

Ugh...Im so glad I dumped B of A a few yers back. I was a lifelong customer until they started handing out cards and loans to IA's. I had a free business checking acct with WaMU. Chase bought them out and I can't stand Chase so I started looking around for another bank offering free checking - B of A came up as one of the only ones. I thought no way Jose - I'll just have to hold my nose and deal with Chase until the situation changes.

Makes me really glad I have never dealt with BofA (could that stand for "Bunch of A-----"?).

This is sickening and with this one guy, just over a measley 82 bucks. What scum this agency is, and what trash BofA has proven themselves to be.

Wasn't BofA just about the first bank we boycotted after Bush basically forced them to give home loans to unqualified illegal aliens?

I always thought the blame lay with BofA, but later realized that the Bush administration was what was really behind the curtains.
