I'm sorry, but was anyone listening when Pres. George Bush made amnesty one of his first goals after election.

When he pushed for amnesty?

Not that it is going to do much good, but why is George Bush given a pass on this when he was the first verbally, openly supporter of the illegals?

Unless and until we really get honest with ourselves about this, and hold the politicians responsible, we will continue to have them working against us. The Republicans are not working for us. There may be some that hold our views, but I'm not hearing much from them.

We, the people, are all we have. We can't count on the truth being published in the media, the politicians working for us, law enforcement actually doing much. Maybe that is changing, but sometimes it's just rhetoric, not action.

They are still coming instead of 60,000-70.000 a yr, @ 40% less since Trump took office but still coming in. Women with or w/o with children, "minors" taken in, processed, given a court date, then search for a "relative" often an illegal to take them in with all social services and money. Why do we want this expense and danger. Their "minors" are often connected with drug gangs, can be killers, rapist; they have no respect for others just like in their country - we don't want that here.

The Governor of Maryland said "they have some sort of amnesty" re the central american minors & women deluge. Only 2% get deported after 2yrs of waiting for court date. Guess that is an amnesty, free pass. TRUMP DO SOMETHING NOW!

Waiting to hear from our new DHS dept @ handling this other than kelly's solution of separating the mothers from children. There will be lawsuits galore if large detention centers are engaged - this happened that happened, meanwhile they have different strains of diseases, invasive larvae from their trek, medication resistant lice that will make us sick. Are they tested for any diseases before placed next to our children in school?
