Davey Blackburn Mentor And His Church Have Been At The Center Of Controversy In South Carolina

"I remember thinking about Davey, something's not right with that boy," NewSpring Church Pastor Perry Noble said about Davey Blackburn during this past Sunday's memorial service for Amanda Blackburn, who was killed by a single gunshot wound to the head during an alleged home invasion last Tuesday. The audience laughed at Noble's comment about Davey. Noble continued, describing the day he met Amanda, "They walked in and I said that thing that hasn't been quite right with Davey just got made right when she walked in" "She truly was the person that completed him and made him a better man." After reading what follows, some might wonder if there's something not right about Pastor Noble.

Long before Davey and Amanda arrived to build their new Resonate Church in Indianapolis with the financial backing of Noble's NewSpring church, Noble and his church had frequently been the center of controversy in Anderson, South Carolina. Noble was recently rebuked by the South Carolina Baptist Convention over controversial statements he made about the Ten Commandments not being commandments from God but rather "sayings" or "promises." Noble told the parishioners at his mega church during a Christmas eve service last year that there was no word for "commandment" in the Hebrew language in which the original Old Testatment was written. Noble later apologized, saying he misunderstood his teacher in Israel. In a later sermon shown in the video above, Noble apologizes for the misunderstanding, as well as a flap over his use of the N-word during his sermon. He assured his parishioners that's not the word he meant to say in his heart.

A critic of Noble's church, Dr. James Duncan, an associate professor of communications at South Carolina's Anderson University, filed a lawsuit against Noble, his church and other NewSpring officials after he complained they waged a "campaign of harassment" against him and his family because of his critique of the church's methods. "We sued the parties for negligence, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, defamation, assault (Maxwell only), civil conspiracy, unfair trade practices, and negligent hiring, training and supervision," Dr. Duncan wrote on his blog, Pajamapages.com. "We alleged that Perry Noble and other NewSpring leaders were aware of the harassment from early on and did nothing to stop it; though they deny those complaints." Dr. Duncan said he and the defendants entered into a confidential settlement after years of litigation in September 2012 under which the church's insurance company paid him and his family an undisclosed sum.

Dr. Duncan detailed the harassment he claims he and his family endured following his public criticism of Noble and the NewSpring Church in a December 5, 2009 post on his blog titled, "Holy Rage at the Spring." He says his ordeal began after he blogged about a series by NewSpring's youth ministry titled, "SEXED." Duncan took issue with the "salacious image and statements" he believed occupied the church's stage. Looking closer at the church's sermons, he saw what he viewed as profanities being spewed by ministers during church services. The church's youth worship center was called the "Fuse Factory" that was described as looking "bamf" (bad a_ _ mother f_ _ _ _ _)." After church officials became aware of his criticism, Duncan says he earned the wrath of what he described as "paranoid pastors" who had no room for "dissent and disagreement."

Duncan describes what started as a twitter campaign against him by Noble's associates escalated into something far more serious and deranged. Duncan began receiving gay pornographic e-mails sent by a NewSpring member. Later, someone subscribed him to a gay magazine, OUT. That was followed by unsolicited e-mails confirming his request for auto insurance, life insurance, financial planning services, enrollment at online universities, etc. One NewSpring member set up a Twitter account impersonating Duncan, which directed insults at Anderson University's president where Duncan was a member of the faculty, and expressed a homosexual interest in one of regular commenters on his blog. Someone else attempted to create a fake account for him at Wikiversity. That was followed by late-night prank phone calls and a forged resignation letter from Duncan addressed to the university's provost, which he only learned about when the provost e-mailed him to express his regrets about his resignation. It didn't stop there. One fake twitter account was deleted and replaced by another that renewed attacks on Duncan and his family members, describing their sexual proclivities in the most explicit of terms, often fantasizing about homosexual activities.

Duncan said Noble once told parishioners during a sermon that he had to fire one of the church's employee for "going over the line" against a critic, namely Duncan. "Don't worry," Noble assured his flock, the guy didn't blow up anyone's house," Duncan wrote on his blog, quoting Noble. Duncan claimed he and his wife had arranged to adopt a baby, but those plans were dashed at the last-minute. Duncan blames a church member for turning the birth mother against him and his wife. As it turned out, the baby was adopted Duncan claims by a church member with whom he and his wife had been communicating about the ongoing harassment issues to which they were being subjected. Duncan says a police investigation confirmed church members were behind the "campaign of harassment" against him and his family members. This is how Duncan described that investigation and its results:

Genuinely fearful of physical harm befalling my family or me, I reported the harassment to the Anderson County sheriff’s office on July 24. The detective who investigated the case, himself a member of Newspring (who disclosed that fact to me at the outset with an offer to recuse himself), served search warrants on Twitter to get the IP of the person who was posting the content, then on Research in Motion to get the name of the subscriber to the Blackberry device that was being used for the account.

The man behind the harassment was Josh Maxwell, a full-time security staff member at NewSpring. Three other volunteers (Milstead, Eric Elgin, and Travis Dickson) also confessed to their involvement in the harassment, though none were as involved as Maxwell.

I met with an assistant solicitor for the county in October to see what charges might be warranted. For various reasons, the solicitor could only press a single charge against Dickson for distribution of pornography. I had already decided that if Maxwell, the main driver of the campaign, was not going to be charged, it wasn’t fair for him to get off while his friend, who was only briefly involved, was held legally accountable. I told the solicitor that I would not press the charge.

The experience Duncan describes going through after criticizing the NewSpring Church is nothing short of a nightmare. One can't help but wonder whether negative influences from the church where Davey Blackburn once served as a youth minister followed him to his Resonate Church in Indianapolis. Peter Hyatt has blogged extensively at Statement Analysis blog about his perceptions of Blackburn and, in particular, his relationship with his late wife. Hyatt complained of church discussions focusing too much attention on sex and, Blackburn, in particular, whom he describes as having narcissistic tendencies. Hyatt, in particular, is critical of the humiliating and condescending manner in which he perceived Blackburn as treating his wife based on his analysis of numerous videos of the two uploaded to the church's website.

Interestingly, there's an interview Pastor Perry Noble had with GOP presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson this past August. During the interview, Carson repeats the story about how he was led to Jesus Christ after he locked himself in a bathroom after attempting to stab to death a friend during a fight. That claim, recounted in Carson's recently-released book, has become a center of controversy for Carson's presidential campaign with some acquaintances claiming it never happened.

UPDATE: So I received a menacing phone call this morning from Ware Shoals, South Carolina from this number: 864-618-0017. There was a male calling from this number speaking in a fake accent pretending to be my online computer service provider. Ware Shoals is just a short drive southeast of Anderson, South Carolina. Someone is trying to give me the Dr. Duncan treatment.

Anybody can start a church. The people who do really well at it are fast talkers and manipulators. The apple and the tree, it looks like. I wonder if Ben Carson told this guy about the pyramids.

According to channel, Rev. Davey Blackburn has packed his bags and is going to spend some time away from Indianapolis following his wife's death. Is the babysitter, Megan Griffin, going with him?

So ... there's a babysitter issue with Davey Blackburn? Was that the "friend" he's talking to on the phone in the driveway for 50 minutes while his wife is bleeding to death inside?

Well, I'm at least glad to see some people aren't buying into what we're being told is the whole story.

It is now an essential portion of training.

Question: What does it mean to "run away" from commitment?

Answer: It means that the assertion in the sentence is highly personal and intrusive, but the subject has not only refused to commit to his assertion with pronoun and past tense verb combination, but repeats this refusal. The more 'intrusive' the allegation, the more distance is seen in the refusal to commit.

There is a progression of intrusive nature in the murder of Amanda Blackburn, the 28 year old who was shot in the head during a home invasion robbery in which her pre born child also died, while her 1 year old was in the home. Each detail 'raises the level' of 'intrusiveness' in the crime:

    a. Home invasion is intrusive and personal
    b. Home invasion that includes wife, pre born child, and child increases level of intensity
    c. Murder of home invasion that includes wife, pre born child and child further increases
    d. Head shot murder, very close and personal, increases this level of intensity
    e. Any possible struggle makes it even more so.

Therefore, the language of the victim's closest survivor is the husband. Husbands and wives often "enter into each other's language" in a way that, after years of closeness, literally begin to share the same personal, subjective internal dictionary. The closer they were and the more years spent together, the more this phenomena in language is evidenced. This is where people will say, "you two kinda look alike" as they not only share a dictionary, but will mimic each others' face expressions.

In the Blackburn murder, they were married a short time and the marriage was very negative according to both, yet points a through e still apply, as this was the husband's home, wife, child and pre born child. When he refused to use the pronoun "I" about:

    1. his thoughts on who did this
    2. his thoughts on why this happened
    3. his emotions on what happened

    he, literally, "from commitment.

As a narcissist, he used "we" which must then be understood in his own reference: Perhaps his ego is such that he always uses "we" in speech. This is answered in other videos where he uses the pronoun "I" normally, including his own negative emotion expressed in not having a large number of people attend his church. He used more negative words to describe his feeling over a failed number than he did over the murder of his wife and pre born child, his home invaded, and his 1 year old exposed to acute violence.

He did not 'psychologically distance' himself: he ran away, psychologically, to the protective covering of a crowd. This is consistent with guilt rather than denial. This is something we see in the guilty, as well as in children who do not wish to be blamed. The only remaining question in this sphere is the cause of guilt.

As humans, we do not like having our space invaded, especially the place where we sleep. Sleep is a vital point in life so much so that without it, we will not survive. This is why we flag "location" of sleep, often as a refugee from something or someone. When someone invades our home, it is where we eat (to survive) and sleep (this is where we are very vulnerable, making it very sensitive to us).

Home invasions will trigger up close personal language due to the strong emotions that come from having our place of safety violated. It is only increased with each level of personal 'assault.' It is expected, therefore, in language.

Is it guilty knowledge in the death of Amanda Blackburn and his pre born child, or
Is it guilt from the feeling of being free from a very negative marriage, knowing that a divorce would mean the end of his career?

Amanda Blackburn was shot three times, prosecutor says

IndyStar reporter Justin Mack on Monday's developments in the Amanda Blackburn homicide case.

The crime spree that ended Amanda Blackburn’s life began with a series of burglaries carried out across the Northside of Indianapolis.

The Blackburn home was the third burglary in the early-morning hours of Nov. 10. The perpetrators, police said, were after money. But the chaos ended around 7 a.m., police said, when one of the suspects — a teenager — leaned over Blackburn’s body and shot her in the back of the head.

Then he leaned further, police said. He looked at her face. And he watched her bleed.

That harrowing account of events was made public Monday as the city’s top law enforcers announced a slew of charges against two suspects, accused triggerman Larry Taylor, 18, and suspected accomplice Jalen Watson, 21.

    INDIANAPOLIS STAR

Amanda Blackburn court documents: Charges for Larry Taylor and Jalen Watson

“We promised you ... that we would go after those violent individuals in our community,” Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Chief Rick Hite said. "(Police) put in a lot of time to bring justice."

Taylor was charged with 13 counts, including murder, burglary, theft, robbery, criminal confinement, auto theft and a misdemeanor count of carrying a handgun without a license. Watson is facing 10 counts, including murder, burglary, theft, robbery and auto theft.

A third person suspected of involvement, 24-year-old Diano Gordon, is mentioned in court documents and was named at a news conference Monday, but he has not been charged. Officials say Gordon is being held in the Marion County Jail on an unrelated parole violation. It’s unclear what type of charges, if any, might be filed against him.

The arrests came nearly two weeks after Blackburn’s husband, Davey Blackburn, found his wife in critical condition in their shared home on Sunnyfield Court. Amanda Blackburn, 28, was 12 weeks pregnant when she was shot multiple times. She died two days later.

The Blackburns, who moved to Indianapolis from South Carolina two years ago and founded Resonate Church, drew significant interest across the country as Davey Blackburn began speaking out on national media about his wife's death.

He released a statement Monday after receiving news of the arrests.

"Though everything inside of me wants to hate, be angry and slip into despair, I choose the route of forgiveness, grace and hope," a portion of the statement read. "Today I am deciding to love, not hate. Today I am deciding to extend forgiveness, not bitterness. Today I am deciding to hope, not despair. By Jesus' power at work within us, the best is still yet to come."

Newly released court documents reveal the most complete account yet of how investigators think the crime happened — along with how, through a combination of DNA testing, cellphone records, surveillance footage and cooperating individuals, investigators ultimately pinned their suspects.

The timeline detailed in charging documents began around 4:30 a.m. the day Blackburn was shot, when a woman living about 10 miles from the Blackburn home awoke to find her apartment burglarized. She told police that burglars stole her cellphone, laptop, purse, keys and 2007 Chevrolet Sebring. The woman’s security system, court documents say, took pictures of three people.

Police claim the Sebring became a getaway vehicle as the suspects drove across town to burglarize more homes in the 2800 block of Sunnyfield Court. One home on that block was burglarized around 5:30 a.m. Court documents say the men ripped a window screen and unlocked a patio door before stealing a laptop, Tiffany pearl necklace, pink sweater, bag of oranges, four televisions and other items.

The Blackburn home, two doors down on Sunnyfield, was targeted next. Police said the suspects entered the unlocked door after Davey Blackburn left to go to a gym at 6:11 a.m.

According to court documents, the men did not immediately decide to kill Amanda Blackburn. Instead, documents allege Taylor hit her with his gun, stole her bank cards and threw them in the getaway car with Watson and Gordon. Those two then drove to two ATMs, attempting to withdraw money. They communicated several times via phone with Taylor, who remained in the Blackburn house.

A cooperating individual who is unidentified in court records provided a narrative of that morning to police. That person told investigators that the two men in the car planned to leave Taylor behind after successfully withdrawing money from an ATM on 86th Street. But Taylor, court documents say, “threatened to kill the woman if they left him.”

Ultimately, the two decided to return for Taylor. Court documents attribute that decision to another person who called them and said Taylor was “family” and could not be left behind.

It's not clear when Blackburn was shot. A neighbor later told police she heard two gunshots and what sounded like a woman's scream about 6:45 a.m. According to the unidentified cooperating individual, Taylor later told several people that he shot Blackburn in the back of the head.

After picking up Taylor, court documents say, the two men dropped him off in a different neighborhood with a bag of stolen property and stashed the Sebring elsewhere.

That Sebring, which was recovered late Nov. 11 about 3 miles east of the Blackburn home, would later become the first piece of evidence that helped investigators track down their suspects. Inside the stolen vehicle, police found a denied ATM transaction notice for Blackburn’s missing debit card.

More critically, detectives also found a pink sweater stolen from the other home on Sunnyfield Court. That evidence, Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry said, gave officials a “significant break” in the case via a DNA swab.

DNA found on the sweater was run through the FBI’s DNA index system. It returned a match for Watson, who has a prior felony conviction for burglary. Court documents claim Watson used the sweater to conceal his face as he attempted to use Blackburn’s stolen debit card at area ATMs.

Pieces began falling into place with that match. Investigators pulled phone numbers they say belonged to Watson and Gordon, whom they identified as close associates. According to phone records, their numbers pinged cell towers in areas where the Nov. 10 burglaries occurred.

Phone records also placed Taylor's phone at the scene of the crime. Additional research led investigators to Taylor, who was interviewed Thursday.

During that interview, Taylor would tell police only that he "possibly" rode in the Sebring and stopped on Sunnyfield Court, claiming he “was so messed up he could not remember.” Watson and Gordon also were taken into custody that day on unrelated parole violations after questioning about the killing.

Taylor, meanwhile, would not elude arrest for long. Saturday, court documents say, police interviewed the unnamed “cooperating individual” who gave them the sequence of events leading to Blackburn’s death — including a confession to the killing from Taylor himself. Taylor was arrested late Sunday.

That person characterized the crimes as motivated by greed, telling investigators the group “wanted more money” as they drove to their targets.

Ultimately, the unnamed individual told police, Taylor confessed to the crime at a later rendezvous point, where he told several people “he killed the woman.”

“Taylor stated that she charged at him and he shot her somewhere in the upper body so he would not be scratched,” the person told police.

Then Taylor shot her in the back of the head.

Judy, I'm assuming the suspects would have implicated the husband if he was actually involved in his wife's murder. Obviously I have no way of knowing that for sure, but it sure didn't take long for two of them to identify the shooter. Oh, and I've owned several homes over my lifetime and none of them had a door that automatically locked behind me ....... good thing or I would have locked myself out numerous times. I'm not denying that you made some good points, but at this juncture it's all hypothetical guesswork.

If he was involved, they may not know he was involved. They were working for someone else who told them to go back and get Taylor because he was "family", remember? I think the police have been misleading in their reports, by claiming Taylor said this and Taylor said that. None of that was said by Taylor to the police, that was said to the police by someone else. I don't think Taylor or Watson have said much of anything to the police, all this story about the shooting by Taylor is coming from a third party. So right now, we don't know who shot her. Maybe one of the other 2 shot her when they came back to pick up Taylor. Maybe she was alive when they left and none of them shot her.

There's a "cooperating individual" involved in all of this who has not been named who is providing the "narrative".

After picking up Taylor, court documents say, the two men dropped him off in a different neighborhood with a bag of stolen property and stashed the Sebring elsewhere.
They're 10 miles away robbing a sleeping woman's house at 4:30 am in the morning where they steal her car, keys, purse, cell phone, lap stop. Did they have another car? Were they dropped off? They steal this woman's car and use it to drive 10 miles across town to Blackburn's neighborhood? This is not a rich neighborhood, small houses, so why this neighborhood? If they were 2 doors down robbing that house, the Blackburn house looks like it's on a cul-de-sac, the curb looks curved in front of their house.

    Yeah, it is a cul-de-sac:

"It was hard, only because detectives, police were there," said Townsel, who lives on the cul-de-sac of Sunnyfield Court, a few doors down from the Blackburns' home.
    http://www.indystar.com/story/news/c...side/75254320/

I mean there are so many weird things going on here. They steal a bunch of stuff they can't get $50 for except the car, which they stash, so they aren't a stolen car ring or they would have whisked it to the yard for salvage or whatever. They might get some money on a bank card or some stuff on a credit card, but they stashed the car, 3 miles away, so how did they get from there to home or wherever they turn their stuff in? Did someone pick them up? Are they carrying their stolen laptops and televisions and so forth around in their arms walking down the street for miles back to where they live? Did they get money off the pastor's card at the ATM on 86th street? Then try to get money on Amanda's and couldn't?

They drive 10 miles to an unaffluent neighborhood, land on a cul-de-sac where everyone looking out their windows or walking out their doors can see them and the car in daylight at this point ... it sure looks like a "destination" trip to me. They drop the gun in a neighbor's yard and stash the car, the only real property with any value 3 miles away.

Oh, and finally we have some clarification on the "kill gang" deal. They are not a "kill gang", they are part of the Kilt Gang, k i l t.

Authorities said the men referred to themselves as "The Kilt Gang."
    http://fox59.com/2015/11/23/impd-mak...lackburn-case/

And while they dump the gun and car, Taylor is charged with possessing a gun without a license or registration, so he apparently had his gun when he was arrested. So whose gun is the gun that was tossed into the neighbor's yard? Did the other two have guns? They were "close associates" committing burglaries, and doing so without guns? Only Taylor, the youngest of the 3 has a gun? Really?!

So who is the person who told the two that left to go back and get Taylor? The person they're actually working for that runs the "family"? Isn't that the person giving out the orders of where to go and what to do every step of the way? Does anyone really believe Taylor went on a burglary spree and killed someone without orders to do so? Why did they leave him there and take off? To keep her from calling the banks to prevent the withdrawals before they could get the money? All they're going to get max is about $500. The Sebring was worth far more than that at any number of salvage strip yards.

Is the "cooperating individual" a gang member friendly with the cops? The person giving out the orders? An undercover cop with the gang unit? A snitch?

I think this is going to be like that Fox Lake Cop Shooting .... there's going to be much more to the story than what we have right now, seems to me.

A terrible crime. And everyone involved needs to be held accountable. Everyone including anyone who so quickly wants to love and forgive and believes the "best is yet to come" from such a tragedy as having your pregnant wife murdered because you didn't lock the door, while you're at the gym and she laid bleeding to death from 3 gunshots wounds while you sit in your driveway talking to a "friend" for 50 minutes from 7:30 to 8:20 am.

I mean, come on. They need to start checking life insurance policies. This was a hit set-up either by Blackburn or by his girlfriend or through some "friend" and staged as a robbery. At least that's what it looks like.

Both Taylor and Watson entered not guilty pleas so there have been no narratives or confessions from them.

Davey Blackburn: Life Insurance on Amanda

The "Celebration" drew more than 2,000 people to "Resonate Church" on November 15, 2015. This appears to fulfill the statement made about the meeting.

That there were predominantly pictures of Amanda with Davey was not unexpected when viewed in light of his two statements made to the public.

Amanda Blackburn was murdered days before in a home invasion robbery in which police said her husband, Davey Blackburn, is "100 percent" innocent. He was at the gym when his pregnant wife was killed.

When Davey Blackburn issued a statement, no deception was indicated, though the statement did not show any concern for the vicious head-shot killer on the loose, nor did he mention his pre-born child in the statement. Given the position of faith, he did not say anything about his hope or belief for Amanda's status: that she was in heaven.

None of this, however, implicates him in her death. It raises suspicion, however, because it is not "the expected", even when the expected is viewed within a realm of faith.

What was also noted in his statement was a narcissistic like focus upon himself.

After posting this, I was directed to his church's website and youtube for his videos.

In one video, filmed just a month ago, he and Amanda reveal how troubled their marriage was. Both use language to indicate a severely dysfunctional relationship, and Davey speaks repeatedly about sex, including using his own example, for his mostly young audience. There appears a strong competitive attitude towards his wife, as he corrects her, over-talks her, and humiliates her with personal anecdotes; mostly about sex, and specifically, his own sexual needs and drive.

In other videos, he speaks about sex, not so much as biblical teaching, but his own sex life, with the emphasis upon his own sex drive, again, before a presumedly young audience, as he is theatrical, walking back and forth, dressed in tight shirts, as the self described 'unconventional' method. He refers to his "bad" marriage, but repeatedly brings the topic back to one thing: his own sex drive.

He describes it with anecdotes, including having to schedule a "date night" with his wife, of whom he "fights" often. He demanded "sex before dinner" lest he be incapable of "concentrating" on the dinner conversation. He humiliates his wife and de-personalizes sex, all while reminding the youthful (teenaged) audience of his strong need, and his strong sex drive, again, while imitating voices, including his "British accent", with much visual additions, including gestures normally associated with actors on a stage rather than ministers. He constantly reminds his audience of the severity of the marital relationship while then moving on to his sexual needs, drive, and, in some cases, lack of fulfillment.

When inviting people to the Sunday service, he wrote that it was a "celebration", though the killer remains at large, and that they would "laugh" together and "mourn" too.

    This is hardly the expected.

Statement Analysis measures the typical "expected" versus the "unexpected" with presupposing that the speaker is truthful and innocent. Then, when that which is expected is absent, the absence is analyzed, and the words that replaced the expected, that is, the "unexpected" words, are then analyzed.

His statement showed its focus upon himself, as predominant, and did not even mention his murdered pre born child. It was then used to draw a large crowd.

The religious language is geared towards negating human emotion as if faith suspends the natural grieving process of which Statement Analysis takes note of, including:

Despair, shock, anger, call for justice, and lots of fear:

A killer entered his home, killed his wife and pre-born child, and may return to kill him and his child. If his faith is "above" feeling fear, what about concern for his neighbors, knowing the killer may return? It too, is missing.

In viewing another of his 'performances' from the church's website, he makes a joke about a life insurance policy, not for he and his wife, but on her life. Given what has happened, police must look into this angle and clear him of any possible involvement.

He speaks often of the gym: he was at the gym, on video, at the time of the killing. Some have speculated that his personality may have undergone a dramatic change after building up his body, causing the obsession with sex that is found within his words.

He said that her pregnancy was a cause or factor in their bad marriage: his wife was 12 weeks pregnant at the time of her death.

He spoke often of his "needs", which, in one video, he justifies as being "articulated", which suggested that since he made this clear to his wife, any lack of fulfillment would be her fault, and reminds the young audience that unless the wife "knows" the needs, she cannot meet them, labeling the problem of "unarticulated needs' being the man's fault.

What we have is a narcissistic controlling immature male who, by speaking of his own sex drive before a young audience, may be grooming, even if inadvertently, as his words are designed to cause all focus to be on him, while his clothing and theatrics affirm.

Then, after the performance, he is able to "connect" with the young people.

Thus, for example, teenaged girls are told of his sex drive and sex needs, having just seen him display himself in his hip, young clothing, with tight shirts, strutting back and forth, entertaining them, inviting word pictures within their young minds, specifically, of him and his sex drive.

That any instruction would include personal example is expected, but when it comes to the private sex life of a husband and wife, this is not expected. He uses it to insult Amanda, and to humiliate her, even mocking her own modesty. The videos are very difficult to watch in themselves, but more so knowing Amanda's fate.

If Blackburn is unconnected to the shooter, he is certainly a very troubled and perhaps clinically immature young male, of whom I would not allow my daughter to be anywhere near.

Interestingly enough, Statement Analysis is first found in the Bible, itself, in the great Solomonic custody decision. The Scripture also teaches that from the very "abundance" of the "heart", that is, the seat of the intellect and emotions, the words are spoken.

On average, a person has about 25,000 words in their own vocabulary. When speaking, they move into this dictionary and pull out which words, the syntax, the verb tenses, and location of each word in order to make sense.

This process takes place in less than a micro-second of time.

This allows Statement Analysis its great accuracy rate.

When someone is deceptive, this rapid process has a small disruption in time, causing internal stress for the speaker, which shows up in the polygraph, as well as in the language.

What we talk about reveals our priorities. When we repeat a topic, the topic is important to us. When we repeat a word, the repetition is seen as a "sensitivity" to the word.

Thus, Statement Analysis will note the repetition of themes, and specific words.

When we speak, we also "leak" out information which is what is on our minds. When Casey Anthony spoke about her "missing" daughter, she said, "In my heart, I know she is close" and "check the familiar places..." as her murdered child was found less than a half mile from the home, in the woods familiar to Casey.

Think of this location when Cindy Anthony threw out the search team and said, "George and I don't believe that Caylee's in the woods or anything."

"Contrary to rumors floating around out there..." Justin DiPietro.

This is something that we all do, and it may be that should Blackburn agree to an interview on television, or if the 911 call is released, that we may have an answer to the question,

    "Is Blackburn involved?"

Right now, we do not know the answer.

Police should, upon arresting the shooter, make certain there is no connection to Blackburn, including any potential motivation of greed (life insurance) and marital discord, as his 'career' is paramount in his language. I would not be surprised if we are told that only small items were stolen, but nothing of value. This could signal that robbery was a cover for murder.

So there's marriage problems, sex problems, another child problem. A crazy pastor who wants to talk about sex to young church members as he struts the stage blaming his wife for not fulfilling his sexual needs. There's apparently life insurance. There's a baby-sitter some think he was having an affair with. There's not locking the door when he went to the gym. There's not going into the house when he comes back, but instead sits out in his driveway for 50 minutes talking to a "friend". There's his energetic enthusiasm for the Triumph from the tragedy, his rush to love, not hate, and forgiveness, and his bizarre optimism about the "best is still yet to come".

I'm sorry, but I don't understand why police would remove him as a suspect 100% unless it was to lead him to think he'd gotten away with it.

Another thought. We have only his word that he sat in the driveway for 50 minutes talking to a friend. On a cell phone, he could have been in the house.

And where was her dog? Amanda has a dog. Doesn't it stay inside? Where was the dog during all this? Wouldn't it have been barking and carrying on?

And according to this, the babysitter lived with them. Where was she??!! She moved up from SC to be with them. WHAT??!!!
