Thread: The View

Folks, I'm stuck watching ABC's "The view" at work because that's what my co workers have to watch in the break room.

I just sat and listened to this idiotic group of females go on about the Illegal alien issue. Gloria Estefan was the guest host, and went on about what a good thing the guest worker program would be. (I'm sure you can conclude why.)

What they discussed was immigration, not "Illegal Immigration." Basically making it sound like the poor illegals are getting an unfair shake.

I'm tired of these arrorgant, spoiled "celebrities" acting like they are the experts on everything just because they are on tv. It's nauseating, especially since most of them are fruitcakes.

The ladies on The View are all highly-compensated by the corporate elite network owners. It’s part of the agenda to sustain the profitable slave labor from illegal aliens. The middle-class suffers, while the rich continue to prosper.

Of course celeb's want illegals to stay..........Who do you suppose they have working for them?

There are too many actors who are ignorant to many political issues. Politicians like to use them because the actors unwillingly give the politicians huge amounts of free press.

Thanks, sippy. Interesting article. People tend to forget that celebrities do not live in the same world. They typically live in multi-million dollar gated mansions in gated communities. I'm not suggesting that all celebrities lack empathy. However, they are generally not directly impacted by the IA invasion. If anything, they benefit from cheap labor.

I am sick of hearing that they want Americans help for :

The poor in other countries (don't get me wrong, I think it is good to give to the poor)

The environment (not that this isn't good too)

Sickness/in our country and in others! (good to bring this to light too)

I want to know why NONE OF THEM ARE STANDING UP FOR THE SOVEREIGNTY OF OUR COUNTRY, OUR CULTURE, OUR WAY OF LIFE AND OUR LAWS TO BE ENFORCED!!!!!!!!!!

I have only see two that come close!!!!

I thought Chuck Norris might be on our side... but now...if he is endorsing someone who is going to give illegal aliens amnesty... I have to wonder about him... because that's what it sounded like to me last night on the CNN YouTube debate!!

As far as The View... I don't think their ratings have been all that great... so American should stop watching so this show can be thrown in the garbage along with Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty... and probably more.

Yes, Chuck Norris has made a commerical with Huckabee I believe. I guess Chuck doesn't have to worry about illegals near his large ranch or in his exclusive neighborhood.

You must not of watched much of "Walker Texas Rangers"...Chuck Norris is not on our side.

There is very few "elite" (RICH,Famous, stuck-up) peeps with us. They seem to fall into one category or all.

1. Hire illegals, Who else would do their lawn work, dishes, watch their kids
2. Does not want to get involved (could hurt their sells)
3. Could care less (it doesn't effect them, at least from their view, mansion)
4. Feels guilty for being rich, so cant deny anyone
5. Takes up any cause, they have nothing else to do
6. Wants to feel bigger then they really are
7. Feels above everybody else, so their voice means more.
8. Just wants publicity at all cost

The view is a bunch of idiots whom these illegals work for mowing their lawns, sittting with their childrien and cooking their meals and cleaning their house. Illegals are not liveing next door to them, illegals do not impact their life like they do middle America! As I said they are Idiots!

Well, look who is talking. Gloria Estefan sang the "Star Spangled Banner" in spanish at a 4th of July celebration in DC a few years ago.
And the rest of the crew on "The View", are dumbells who just yap their way through life, never knowing what they are talking about.
