Legalizing and regulating marijuana will not stop the black market drug trade. Besides that, marijuana isn't the only drug that comes across our borders!

I'm not just talking about marijuana. Yeah, it will stop the illegal foreign drug trade, will there be a black market inside the US? Oh probably, we're a nation of crooks and outlaws, so that won't surprise me, but it will be small and irrelevant, states are very familiar and experienced with shutting down operations that cheat them out of their sales taxes. Plus any fool who wants to deal with a foreign cartel trying to play the black market game against legal marijuana businesses running nice clean safe stores deserves what they get.
