POST YOUR LIST OF COMPANIES THAT CLOSE MAY 1ST HERE!

Just getting ready for Monday. Anyone who can, it would be helpful if we kept a record of ALL the companies that people find SHORT-STAFFED or CLOSED on MAY 1st.

Since we are already hearing of some companies that are allowing their employees off that day to join the Boycott, we can get started NOW making up the list of Companies that CLOSE or are SHORT-STAFFED
    on May 1st.

IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF YOU COULD GET THEIR ADDRESSES AND OTHER CONTACT INFO AND POST IT, SO WE CAN ALL SEND THEM LETTERS.

These companies will ALL go on the GENERAL BOYCOTT list. And more importantly, we will let them KNOW we are angry and we will let them FEEL THE WRATH of the American People who have made them prosperous in OUR market.

I have heard many say they are going shopping that day to keep the days retail figures unaffected by the illegals who erroneously think they are more important to the economy than Americans are.
PLEASE BUY ONLY AT THE SHOPS THAT HAVE NO PERSONELL PROBLEMS.
If you notice there is a shortage of help, if the bathrooms are dirty because the cleaning help is out demonstrating, if the restraurant is full of dirty tables because the busboys are gone, if the kitchen is slow because the cooks are gone, LEAVE A LETTER WITH THEM TELLING THEM WHY THEY HAVE LOST YOUR BUSINESS FOREVER!!

You can have a supply of letters in your car, all ready to fill in the name of the business and leave it with the clerks or, better yet, the managers.
BE SURE YOU LET THEM KNOW HOW MUCH YOU HAD BEEN PLANNING TO SPEND WITH THEM!!

WE CAN TURN ALL THE MEDIA BROUHAHA BOUGHT BY OUR OPPOSITION'S MANY MILLIONS INTO OUR ADVANTAGE!

    I'll start off.

South Florida Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America

Already experiencing 75% absenteeism due to raid fears by their "probably legal" employees

Believe me this will work to our advantage.....

We should be thanking them for this one. They have no idea what they are doing. Why do you think Bush tried to tell them on Friday he doesn't think this is wise. This is a perfect give away and there is nothing they can do to fight this one. I may have found an answer.
You are right we need the list of employers who close because they are short staffed.

OK-- I concede. I AM going shopping Monday.

The people who work with my husband are going to wear WHITE T-shirts in support of the American side of this issue.

They have their doubts that the pro-illegal supporters (I still don't think that there are illegals actually working there because of certain criteria they must meet in order to work there at all) will dare to take off work because jobs, even jobs with mediocre pay are scarce here, but they are curious to see who turns up in other than white t-shirts.

I think many of the wineries. Gallo is giving their employees the day off.
    ----------------------
I sure wish the LIST were actually a LIST , so u just scroll down and see the additions, minus comments, instead of reading each post. I wish all the lists (supportive media, senators for and against, etc etc) were in LIST form, not in post form. How about it Alipac? An interactive printable list.

Ok, correction, I would allow a one or two word comment per listed item.

    Interesting quote from CNN Money

TYSON FOODS: Thought we'd take a look at this company on this "Day Without Immigrants." Tyson said it was shutting 13 of its plants, presumably because so many of its workers will be taking the day off to support the national awareness thingamajig. Tyson, the largest food processor in the world, sure has had problemos over the years. The Spingdale, Ark, company got in trouble giving for former Agricultural Secretary Mike Espy money. Then there's the illegal immigrant scandal in 2001, price manipulation in 2004, and executive perks case in the same year. Wow! I'm sorry. I like protein as much as the next feller, but this one (Research) always smells a little bit rank to me.
