I think he just wants North Carolina businesses. He may accept other ones though.

I have my lists for here in Colorado, which anyone from CO can pm me to get if they need it. But as I posted, I walked all afternoon and only saw 4 closed businesses that were not Mexican/Hispanic Businesses. And one of those 4 was a TAX preperation office! (probably seasonal anyway).
