As Predicted, Congress Looking To Legalize Biden Afghan Parole Amnesty

As predicted, the Uniparty is looking to legalize the Biden Regime Parole Amnesty for fake Afghan refugees.

As the puppet government in Afghanistan collapsed, the Biden Regime began a parole amnesty for tens of thousands of Afghans, ostensibly because they were part of the puppet regime.

It was interesting in that it was expected that anyone who supported or was employed by the puppet regime would be subject to political persecution. But instead of treating the Afghans who were evacuated to third countries as possible refugee applicants, the Biden Regime decided to bring them to the United States under parole.

The problem with parole is that there is no immediate legal pathway to Lawful Permanent Residence (LPR) status or green cards. A parole can, however, be adjusted in the United States to LPR at the discretion of the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). (H/T reader Felix)

Usually though, adjustment to LPR by a parolee requires access to an available immigrant category, of which most Afghans don’t have.

Instead Congress usually provides special statutory authority for such parolees to adjust. In this case, the Uniparty is working hard to give green cards to these very dangerous aliens. Dangerous because immediately upon parole in the United States, Afghans started raping young children.

A group of Senate Democrats and Republicans are looking to slip a green card giveaway to tens of thousands of Afghans brought to the United States by President Joe Biden despite widespread vetting failures.

Following the U.S. Armed Forces’ withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021, Biden opened a refugee pipeline that has resettled more than 86,000 Afghans in American communities — many without having to be screened or interviewed in person beforehand.

This is the same plan for other beneficiaries of the other Biden Amnesties, just get them in, then take the next step to give them green cards.

Soon other legislation will be introduced to give green cards to Ukrainian draft evaders and other beneficiaries of the CBP One App Amnesty, mark my words.
