Thread: Illegals run free in Pinal County

I came across a business about six months ago who hire several illegals and give them and thier families homes to live in. I reported this to the ICE tip line and so did four other people who know about this place. Nothing was ever done. We found out that this ICE tip line is answered by non ICE agents. Just regular people like you and I. One time I called and asked why nothing was being done and was told because there are 12 million illegals in the US and only 4000 ICE agents. Later I actually made contact with an ICE agent only to be told the same old story. I called the Local Police Casa Grande Police and they said they do not enforce immigration laws. I finally e-mailed senetor russle Pearce and he called Pinal County Sheriff and the Sheriff told him he promised he would look in to it. What a joke that was. A Deputy from Pinal County E-mailed me and said he was an ICE agent and would look in to it. Another joke. Found out the Deputy is friends with one of the family member whos family owns the business. I posted more of my story at www.ripoffreport.com just go there and type in Pinal County Sheriff. I even had a friend who was willing to talk with the Deputy and give him proof of what is going on with this business. Guess what the Deputy never got back with my friend. The workers have fake ID's and stolen Sociall numbers. One of Pinal County Deputies actually had one of the workers pulled over and the worker gave him a Mexico License. Guess what?? The guy had recently been deported and was back here illegally. Deputy let him go.

Hi Doemark and welcome to Alipac... Do you have proof of this,or are you just verbalizing a complaint without documentation ? This all Indeed may be true,but some kind of evidence would be needed for ICE to get Involved... pictures,documents,video.... otherwise they will just Ignore you... TS

This report I will end up hafting to add on to as it will take some time to report all the information I have. We all know the problem we are having with illegal immigration in the United States. Well my story starts back about five months ago. I learned of a business that employees several illegals. They even give them homes to live in. So not only are the workers of this place illegal thier family member are too. Now I'm not saying all the workers of this farm are illegal but most are. They got a guy who works on this property as a boss and funny thing is he is illegal and has no United States ID at all. Only a name, DOB and social. Me and several others called the ICE tip line several times in the last five months. What a joke. I tell you now ICE does not care. I will show proof of this in the near future. I have e-mails from an actual ICE agent. The ICE tip line is answered by non ICE agents who only take your information and send it to your local ICE office. The information is filed until somebody wants to look at it. Well we got no place with ICE so we called the City Police, Casa Grande Police. They said they do not enforce Immigration laws. Funny SB1070 gives them that power. We then sent a detailed letter to Pinal County Sheriff's Office with information on people who work there who are illegal. Never heard nothing from them. Well time passed and more illegals got jobs at this farm as legal workers got turned away. Finally I sent an E-mail to Russle Pearce. He contacted Pinal County Sheriff and the Sheriff promised him he would look in to it. Finally I got an e-mail from a Deputy who's name I will post in the near future. He basically wanted me to meet with him and stated if I did not the investigation would take time. Funny it has been five months and they still think they need to investigate. Maricopa County Sheriff would of done handled this. You got guys working there who have felony DUI warrants and guys using the ID of dead people. And you people who are legal to work and live in the area can not get a job there because the illegals have them. Ernesto was deported in the past and returned to the US and a Deputy with Pinal County Sheriffs Office had him the other day. Oh yeah and Ernesto gave the Deputy a Mexico Drivers License and the Deputy let him go with out checking his legal Status. Ernesto still drives on public roads with no Drivers License. I have even called Pinal County Sheriffs Office befor to report Ernesto being at the Farm and get told it is not there area. Well Casa Grande Police don't care and Pinal County Apparently feels the same way. If they can make is across that border and to the Pinal County area they are home free. I can say for 100 percent that if they raided that property as Maricopa County does they would get over a dozen of them for sure. But they will not do it. They use stolen ID and everything but that is not a crime to Pinal County Sheriff. Speed by one of Pinal County Deputies and I assure you will be stopped. What is the difference from that crime and the crime of illegals coming over here??

2. Address of business
3. Your relation to business (employee, customer, neighbor, etc.)
4. Est. of number of illegals
5. Why you think they are illegal.

Repeat as needed, because they are very reluctant to do anything.

Be sure to write a separate letter and explain to IRS how many times you have reported the information and whom you reported it to. Use dates, time, address, phone numbers and location business is employing and working undocumented aliens.

You are correct!! If Doemark reappear (PM) Airdale and I with more information, we will assure actions is taken against the illegal employment. Where is he or she?

Yes there really is lots of illegals working there. The place is located on the North West Corner of Kleck and Overfield Road in Casa Grande, AZ. They got one guy working there named Ernesto Alvarez Gutierrez and he drives a white chevy extended cab. This guy was deported in the past. Pinal County deputy had him stopped the other day and the guy had no US ID what so ever and the deputy let him go. There is another dairy right up the road and owned by Jim Boyle and he hires almost all illegals. If you want e-mail me at mod edit and I can give you more details.

Also get this the ICE tip line is not answered by ICE agents. It is answered by regular people. Nobody wants to Enforce the law in Pinal County with illegals. Sure they will go out in the desert and get the ones coming over but if they make it past they are home free. Deputy Albert Phelps of Pinal County Sheriffs Office said if I do not tell him my address and whole name he will not answer any more of my e-mails. If they raided that farm they would get over a dozen illegals. I'd say at least 28.
