They don't charge people who are providing testimony against the ringleaders of the illegal business they were investigating. Even if they had wanted to charge her-which doesn't make sense since she's a witness-it would be cost-prohibitive considering the light sentence she would receive or plea to.

The feds didn't start this investigation to nail call girls. The Swedish solution is the best alternative, which I think we should adopt. You prosecute the johns and pimps-solicitation is a crime there, but prostitution is not-and allow their victims to turn to LEOs for help.

Sosad, I have to agree, that poor woman looked like she was really having to work hard to hold it all in, if it had been me, I would have been hauled off by police.

Spitzer is just now being seen for the dirtbag he really is. People like that are good at covering it up for a while, but then it eventually comes out.

I hope his wife takes him to the cleaners, BIG TIME.

As for names. In this country anymore, there has been so many generations having been married with so many other ethnic groups that for the most part, ones surname is not a good indicator of their families ethnic backgrounds (my mothers aunt was pale with reddish hair and blue eyes, while my mother looked 100% like her father, her aunts brother, and he looked like their father who was Mi'qmak/French, but her aunt looked nothing like them, and yet she carried a French last name).

I'm watching the news right now and this 'escort' of his is getting alot of positive publicity from all of this. She's a so called aspiring singer, and has been selling her music demos for 65 cents a pop. Since the scandel, she's selling them for 98 cents a pop and already has sold almost a million of them. NO but each to their own I guess.....The one I felt sorry for was his wife, he would have had to gag me, tie my hands and feet and carried me out there to stand by his side, no way would I have done what she did, she looked like she wanted to throw up! Infact I would have been packing his bags while he was on there apologizing.

I felt really sad for his wife. I cant imagine why Spitzer would want to destroy his marriage and ruin his relationship with his daughters, for just a roll in the hay with a cartoonish-looking hooker.

Spitzer's wife is beautiful. Why she stood by his side is beyond me, other than she wanted to gather momentum for a big pay-off, which she deserves.

Actually, I've looked at some pictures since my remarks. She is attractive, but I still dont find her to be anything special. Some reporters say she looks like "the girl next door" type. I dont think so.

I still find it hard to believe that she is going to gain fame and fortune by being a sleaze bucket.

It is so comical how many names this hookers has.

The whole group of idiots are comical: #9 for being a rat, his wife for standing by her rat and the poor little hooker with no other choices in life.

None of the loosers are good role models for our children.

I lost interest in watcing the media clown show - they are so pathetic.
