The basis for this position is that you must hold the entite party responsible as to prevent bush from using a coalition of democrats and safe seat republicans to pass guest worker amnesty through the house like he did with 245i in 2002.

One serious FLAW with your plan unfortunately...as much as Democrats and Republicans love to hate each other, they have worked very hard in a bipartisan fashion over the years to create all kinds of laws (into the thousands) on a local, state and national level to make it all but impossible for any group other than Republicans and/or Democrats to be in power in any substantial fashion. So, short of carefully knowing the canidates, and cherry picking the best ones from one or the other party, a move to fully boycott and entire party leaves you all but without a vote.
