A guy talked to me for about 3 min, put me on hold. Its been like 15 min or so..... oh boy, I am getting brushed off...

oh well, I hung up and called back, they said that they have a large call volume right now, and it might be better for me to try tomorrow morning. Good night all, thank you all for your support. I am so sick to my stomach right now. I feel like I am in Bizzaro world.

It is great that you were willing to challenge this company and make it clear that you expect legal workers. But even if the workers were legal, there is nothing wrong with telling companies you prefer American workers.

I personally will not hire any company unless they can assure me American workers will come do the work.

You did make a mistake by allowing yourself to be identified at your residence.

Remember, these folks are lied to in the Spanish media on a regular basis with the false reports of the SPLC and ADL. Many of them think you hate them and wish them bodily harm because of the color of their skin. The pro illegal immigration groups are putting all of us at risk of bodily harm by spreading those kinds of lies.

Never let anger get the best of you. Never act in anger or when too angry, it leads to mistakes. Take a drive, take a walk, count to ten, whatever it takes.

Take the necessary precautions to protect your family and lay low till this one blows over.

The next time you decide to strike a blow for our cause, learn how to hit our enemies without them ever knowing who or what hit em.

I truly believe you and your family are safe. If they called you back apologizing. It sounds as if he is more scared then mad. I doubt he would even want to bring this up to his workers. His crew would probably be worried that ice or some officials would be called in.

This gentlemen (putting it nicely) doesn't seem to be telling you the whole truth. As far as his business. Its not that he cant hire Americans. Its that he doesn't wish to pay them a fair wage. As far as Americans not being "Hard workers" that just laughable. I can line up several out of work (hard working) Americans that would gladly do the job..A fair wage for a honest days work..

I would say tho' that I don't think your confrontation increased your risk of becoming a victim of violence from the illegal aliens from Mexico. I would say that crime statistics have shown that they have an equal proclivity of predation upon people they don't now or have not come in contact with. My guess is that they now know they are under suspicion and have been warned by their wrangler, so they are possibly less likely to do anything. Maybe not. But I simply see some of them in the category of using violence as a plausible means of acheiving a primative ends. Which in their case simply means instant gratification. They seem to find solace in hurting others, apprently they feel entitled to it. If you check out video clips of the protestors on their side, they seem to be in a state of ecstasy when they are behaving violently and shouting threats. AT this point they seem to be the happiest. I personally feel that most illegal aliens view violence like citizens of civilized countries view civil discourse, for some reason hate comes easy to them.

So yes, I think that regardless of the situation the chance of violence would have been there. But document, document, document.

Ronster, I can understand your feelings and reactions. Be VERY careful about this.

I will tell you a little about my own families situation. We live in a smaller complex, us in a duplex, and we are the ONLY American family. About two years ago, we had seen many gang looking guys hanging around A LOT! Instead of even talking to the landlord (this would not have helped, he did not care so long as he got his rent), I emailed our police department and did not even tell anyone but my husband.

About four days later (maybe more) police were there making sure the gang members left after police had given their 24 hour "eviction" notice (here in our city, probably many other places can do this to gang members). They escorted these guys off of the property and told they simply could not come back.

I laid low on this one, did not speak to the landlord and acted as surprised as possible. This way I ensured my families safety and as well took care of the problem. I have had to act in such a way numerous times here. Our illegal neighbos have NO idea who and what kind of activism I am associated with (ALIPAC and such), and I plan to keep it this way (this image of James Bond comes into mind right now!!).

Do what you can to let this thing blow over. I know how infuriating it can be, especially if your fee's pay this company. Let us know how it is going.

Thank you Jim!! That's it. I was about to do a google search of camera's & 10, I knew it would bring up way to many sites but was going to give it a shot. Glad I checked back first. It's amazing what many heads here can achieve.

I might consider this for our son and his wife. They are expecting the first born. I think from what I see in the x-ray is that is snap shots. There was a woman who had live feed to her computer at work. She saw the nanny neglecting and abuses her 3 month infants. I would like something like that so she could see what is happening the four hours while care will be needed.

Well, I think they we are ok. I think I scared them, more then they scared me. They did a WHOLE roof in one day. They are NO WHERE to be found anywhere in our complex. I believe that he is hiring illegal immigrants and I am going to follow up with this.

Glad you're feeling better. Are you a gated community? I think they are gone too, but I would have a camera ready and your eyes for an outlook. You probably scared the bejeebers out them.
