EL PASO, Texas -Rumors are circulating the Internet of Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) militants being based in Juarez and planning attacks in El Paso.

The information was first reported by Judicial Watch, citing unnamed federal sources, and then picked up by other online publications, including National Review.

A federal law enforcement source familiar with border security told ABC-7 it is "unverified and unlikely" that ISIS is in Juarez.

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson said in news release that there is no specific, credible threat to the U.S. homeland from ISIL, aka ISIS.

“At present, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the FBI are unaware of any specific, credible threat to the U.S. homeland from ISIL.

Plainly, however, violent extremists who support ISIL have demonstrated the intent and capability to target American citizens overseas, and ISIL constitutes an active and serious threat within the region.”

King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, the most powerful Muslim in the world, is warning IS, formerly ISIS, will soon attack the United States.

"If we ignore them, I am sure they will reach Europe in a month and America in another month," he told Asharq al-Awsat daily and Saudi-owned pan-Arab Al-Arabiya television on Saturday.
"Terrorism knows no border and its danger could affect several countries outside the Middle East," he added.
"It is no secret to you, what they have done and what they have yet to do. I ask you to transmit this message to your leaders: ‘Fight terrorism with force, reason and (necessary) speed’."
ISIS and its predecessor, al-Qaeda, were financed by Saudi Arabia. The Saudis routinely denounce the terrorist groups they finance after the groups gain international notoriety.
The Saudis are now engaged in a propaganda campaign designed to put distance between the monarchy and IS.
The Saudi ambassador to the United Nations issued a stern rebuttal after The Guardian said Saudi Arabia has been “funding the most intolerant brand of Islam” and the grand mufti of Saudi Arabia issued a statement condemning the Islamic State.
“Saudi Arabia has been a major source of financing to rebel and terrorist organizations since the 1970s, thanks to the amount it has spent on spreading its puritan version of Islam, developed by Mohammed Abdul Wahhab in the 18th century,” writes Paul Vallely for the Belfast Telegraph.
The former Prime Minister of Iraq, Nouri al-Maliki, has accused Saudi Arabia and the neighboring Wahhabist kingdom of Qatar of financing IS. "I accuse them of inciting and encouraging the terrorist movements. I accuse them of supporting them politically and in the media, of supporting them with money and by buying weapons for them," he told France 24 television in March.

Saudi King Warns of Terror Threat to Europe and The U.S.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) — The king of Saudi Arabia has warned that extremists could attack Europe and the U.S. if there is not a strong international response to terrorism after the Islamic State group seized a wide territory across Iraq and Syria.
While not mentioning any terrorist groups by name, King Abdullah’s statement appeared aimed at drawing Washington and NATO forces into a wider fight against the Islamic State group and its supporters in the region. Saudi Arabia openly backs rebels fighting Syrian President Bashar Assad, but is concerned that the breakaway al-Qaida group could also turn those very same weapons on the kingdom.
“I am certain that after a month they will reach Europe and, after another month, America,” he said at a reception for foreign ambassadors Friday.
Official Saudi media carried the king’s comments early Saturday.
“These terrorists do not know the name of humanity and you have witnessed them severing heads and giving them to children to walk with in the street,” the king said, urging the ambassadors to relay his message directly to their heads of state.
The Islamic State group has been fighting moderate rebels, other extremists and Assad’s forces in Syria for nearly three years. Iraq has faced an onslaught by the Sunni extremists and their supporters since early this year, and the country continues to be roiled by instability.
While providing arms and support to Sunni militants in Syria, Saudi Arabia has denied directly funding or backing the Islamic State group.
British officials raised the country’s terror threat level Friday to “severe,” its second-highest level, because of developments in Iraq and Syria, but there was no information to suggest an attack was imminent. The White House has said it does not expect the U.S. to bump up its terrorism threat warning level.
Saudi Arabia, a major U.S. ally in the region, has taken an increasingly active role in criticizing the Islamic State group. Earlier this month, the country’s top cleric described the Islamic State group and al-Qaida as Islam’s No. 1 enemy and said that Muslims have been their first victims. State-backed Saudi clerics who once openly called on citizens to fight in Syria can now face steep punishment and the kingdom has threatened to imprison its citizens who fight in Syria and Iraq.
A decade ago, al-Qaida militants launched a string of attacks in the kingdom aimed at toppling the monarchy. Saudi officials responded with a massive crackdown that saw many flee to neighboring Yemen. In the time since, the kingdom has not seen any massive attacks, though it has imprisoned suspected militants and sentenced others to death.
Meanwhile Saturday, police in Iraq said a suicide bomber drove his explosives-laden car into an army checkpoint in the town of Youssifiyah, killing 11 people, including four soldiers, and wounding at least 24 people. Youssifiyah is 20 kilometers (12 miles) south of Baghdad.
Hours later, a roadside bomb targeting an army patrol killed two soldiers and wounded five in Latifiyah, a town 30 kilometers (20 miles) south of Baghdad.
Medical officials confirmed the casualty figures. All officials spoke on condition of anonymity as they were not authorized to speak to journalists.

Texas Dept Public Safety Warning of ISIS Terrorists Attempting to Cross Mexican Border

A Texas Department of Public Safety document has surfaced which warns that ISIS is actively promoting and encouraging their supporters to take advantage of the wide-open southern border in their efforts to conduct terror attacks upon Americans on American soil.
The border between Texas and Mexico is addressed as a particularly exploitable location for the terrorists to focus on. A copy of the document was obtained and made public by Brietbart Texas.
A recent video produced by James O’Keefe in which he is seen crossing the Rio Grande in an Osama bin Laden costume is featured in the document alerts. Although O’Keefe is not mentioned by name, it is clearly the same video in which he dramatically exposed the vulnerability and the ease with which our border is being exploited.
Earlier in the day, another, separate alert was issued by the U.S. Border Patrol regarding what they described as “credible information,” that ISIS is seeking out individuals and groups to usher them across into the United States. That report was highlighted in a report and an announcement issued by Judicial Watch in the interest of public safety.

Federal authorities today urged law enforcement across the country to be alert for possible attacks inside the United States in retaliation for U.S. airstrikes against the Islamic group ISIS, the brutal terrorist group that beheaded American journalist James Foley and has seized vast swaths of territory in Iraq and Syria.

In a joint bulletin issued to local, state and federal law enforcement, the Department of Homeland Security and FBI said that while they are "unaware of any specific, credible threats against the Homeland" and find most threats to the U.S. homeland by supporters of ISIS "not credible," they cannot rule out attacks in the United States from sympathizers radicalized by the group's online propaganda.

"[B]ecause of the individualized nature of the radicalization process - it is difficult to predict triggers that will contribute to [homegrown violent extremists] attempting acts of violence," the bulletin states. Moreover, such lone offenders "present law enforcement with limited opportunities to detect and disrupt plots, which frequently involve simple plotting against targets of opportunity," according to the bulletin.

The group is known by the acronyms ISIS and ISIL and recently changed its name to the Islamic State, claiming it has formed an Islamic caliphate in the areas of Syria and Iraq that it controls.

The beheading of Foley was in retaliation for U.S. air attacks on ISIS fighters, according to a statement from the group. ISIS is holding at least one other American journalist, Steven Soltoff, and is threatening to kill him.

Such Homeland Security bulletins outlining potential concerns from U.S. officials and urging increased vigilance are common - essentially acting as a generic "FYI" to local, state and federal law enforcement who don't have the same access to classified information that the nation's top counterterrorism officials see every day.

The bulletin issued today noted that ISIS' English-language messaging online "has primarily been focused on calls" for Muslims to join the group in Iraq and Syria. The group and its supporters, meanwhile, "have employed - and will almost certainly continue - Twitter 'hashtag' campaigns that have... been able to quickly reach a global audience of potential violent extremists," the bulletin said.

In the joint bulletin, DHS and FBI mentioned the propaganda video released this week showing Foley's beheading, and it cited a photo posted online showing the ISIS (ISIL) flag in front of the White House.

"ISIL members and supporters will almost certainly continue to use social media platforms to disseminate their English-language violent extremist messages," the bulletin concluded. "Although we remind first responders that content not explicitly calling for violence may be constitutionally protected, we encourage awareness of media advocating violent extremist acts in particular locations or naming particular targets, to increase our ability to identify and disrupt potential Homeland threats. We urge state and local authorities to promptly report suspicious activities related to homeland plotting and individuals interested in traveling to overseas conflict zones, such as Syria or Iraq, to fight with foreign terrorist organizations."

In addition, the bulletin said that "civilian deaths reportedly associated with these U.S. military air strikes will almost certainly be used as further examples of a perceived Western war against Islam in English-language violent extremist messaging that could contribute to [homegrown] radicalization to violence."

ISIS has issued threats against the U.S. homeland before. In a recent video series, Vice Media embedded with ISIS militants and recorded an ISIS militant saying, "God willing, we will raise the flag of Allah in the White House."

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States is not aware of any specific threat to the U.S. homeland from Islamic State militants, the Department of Homeland Security said on Friday after Britain raised its international terrorism threat level.

Islamic State militants and their supporters, however, "have demonstrated the intent and capability to target American citizens overseas," Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said in a statement. He noted that DHS took steps over the summer to strengthen security at overseas airports with direct flights to the United States.

Johnson said he has spoken to UK Home Secretary Theresa May about Britain's decision to raise its terrorism alert to the second-highest level. It is the first time since mid-2011 that Britain has been placed on this high of an alert level.

May said on Friday that Britain increased its threat level because militant groups in Syria in Iraq were "planning attacks against the West" and some attack plots were "likely" to involve foreign fighters from Britain and elsewhere in western Europe.

However, UK authorities also have said they have no knowledge of any "imminent" plot to attack British targets.

U.S. and European officials have said that because of relaxed border controls between European Union countries, it is difficult to track travel to Syria and Iraq by would-be foreign fighters. Often suspected militants are not identified until after they return to their home countries.

U.S. authorities are particularly concerned about former foreign fighters in Syria and Iraq who have British or other European passports that would allow them to enter the United States with instant visas and minimal security vetting.

U.S. and European officials have estimated that as many as 100 Americans have traveled to Syria or Iraq to fight with militants, along with four or five times as many Britons and hundreds of other Western Europeans.

"This is a threat that the United States has been focused on. We've been coordinating closely with our allies, both the Brits, but others in Europe, about countering this threat and mitigating it," White House spokesman Josh Earnest said at a news briefing.

There was no plan to raise the U.S. threat assessment level, he said.

While the United States once characterized threats under a system of color coded warnings, the Obama administration abandoned that system and now issues warnings targeted to particular transport or economic sectors.

Government engineered false-flag terrorism is a historically established fact. For centuries, political and financial elites have been sinking ships, setting buildings on fire, assassinating diplomats, overthrowing elected leaders, and blowing people up, then blaming these disasters on convenient scapegoats so that they can induce fear in the public and transfer more power to themselves. Skeptics might argue whether certain calamities have been proven beyond a reasonable doubt to be false-flag events, but no one can argue that such tactics have not been used by the establishment in the past. Governments have openly admitted to creating bloody and catalyzing tragedies under false pretenses, like Operation Gladio, a false-flag program in Europe supported by European and American covert agencies which lasted decades, from the 1950's to the 1990's.



Gladio utilized well-paid and trained rogue groups and agents as well as patsies, compartmentalized and controlled, who would commit atrocities against the European public. These atrocities would then be blamed on “left wing extremists”, galvanizing the citizenry and political representatives towards the false East/West paradigm. The superficial motivation given by whistleblowers was that Gladio was to be used to keep the right wing in power. However, the broader and deeper goal was clearly to manipulate Europeans into accepting a unification mindset, paving the way for the eventual centralization of Europe into the EU supranational block. Gladio, is only one well documented example of false-flag terrorism being exploited by governments to mold mass psychology towards greater collectivism.
It is therefore vital that the public question the legitimacy of EVERY so-called “terrorist attack” or geopolitical incident, otherwise, we may find ourselves duped into supporting wars and unconstitutional actions that only end up poisoning our society and elevating tyrants.
Why do I believe a new false-flag event is imminent? America has not suffered a large scale terrorist attack for over 13 years, after all. I can only say that current trends and international developments seem to be spiraling towards a breaking point; a kind of singularity, and if you understand that the majority of these events are deliberately engineered, then you also understand that the inevitable singularity (or primary disaster) is engineered as well.
The foremost current threat and most useful scapegoat is, of course, the ISIS insurgency in the Middle East. If one's source of information was the mainstream media alone, one might be inclined to believe that ISIS has materialized out of nowhere to become a menace so organized and effective it has eclipsed Al-Qaeda as the hot button boogeyman used by the establishment. ISIS is certainly a disturbing militant group that goes out of its way to play the villain, complete with scary Muslim clothing and beards, not to mention the severed heads and indiscriminate genocide. Where is Jack Bauer when you need him, right?
The cartoonish nature of ISIS is not accidental, but I can see why they frighten a subset of the American population; if I didn't know that they were funded by the U.S. and Saudi Arabia, with military aid from Israel, then I might find them a terrifying enigma as well.
ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was held at a U.S. run detention facility called Camp Bucca from 2005 until 2009. Before his imprisonment, Baghdadi's friends and family reported him to be a “quiet, studious fellow who was also a talented soccer player”. Only one year after being released from U.S. detention, however, he was a fanatical Islamic extremist who would go on to command the ISIS caliphate. In 2011, the U.S. State Department listed Bagdhadi as a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist” with a bounty of $10 million. There is no public record as to why Baghdadi was originally detained.
Former U.S. Air Force security officer, James Skylar Gerrond, served at Camp Bucca while Bagdhadi was held there, and is quoted as saying "Many of us at Camp Bucca were concerned that instead of just holding detainees, we had created a pressure cooker for extremism." Indeed...
Let's look at the culmination of events that led to the current incarnation that is ISIS:
George W. Bush signed and Barack Obama enforced (sorry politifact cultists, but they are BOTH to blame) a new foreign policy framework which allowed the release of numerous (and now somehow radicalized) prisoners from facilities like Camp Bucca in 2009.
The Libyan civil war erupts, as “rebels” are aided by the CIA and multiple foreign governments. These are the same rebels who would ultimately participate in the Benghazi raid on a U.S. consulate/CIA complex.
Libyan agents along with CIA operatives move into Jordan, where they have been training Syrian insurgents for over a year (officially - much longer unofficially), and still train them to this day, despite the apprehensions of the Jordanian government.
Libyan insurgents along with newly trained operatives have also shifted into Syria, turning general civil unrest into outright war.
ISIS recently gave praise to one of its commanders, a man from Libya, who had fought in the Libyan civil war, and in Syria, and in Iraq.
The U.S. has been secretly arming and training ISIS extremists in Syria for years, but only at the end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014 did it begin a more open campaign to provide support.
The Israeli government also aided insurgent groups in Syria using airstrikes to cripple Syrian Government regional command centers. It is also currently providing medical aid to Syrian rebels.
It was insurgent Sunni majority groups, trained in Jordan and funded by Saudi Arabia that have linked with Saudi funded groups in Iraq to form what we now know as ISIS. These are NOT separate groups acting autonomously. These are U.S. backed organizations acting in concert, and coalescing into a single movement – ISIS.
Violent genocidal actions, mass executions, as well as torture have become the common calling card of the establishment organized Islamic insurgent groups. Despite this horrifying development, Barack Obama is STILL seeking over $500 million in aid to Syrian rebels, though the rhetoric now specifies that funds and arms will only go to “moderate and well-vetted” insurgents. As far as I can tell, there are no “moderate” insurgents in Syria; insurgents that are now moving into Iraq and bringing their distinct brand of barbarism with them.
On the Council On Foreign Relations website, the globalist think-tank argued that the inclusion of extremist Al-Qaeda elements in the Syrian insurgency “improved the moral” of the movement, stating that the “Free Syrian Army needs Al-Qaeda now”. The CFR acknowledges that the goal of Al-Qaeda operatives in Syria is not necessarily to overthrow Assad, but to establish an Islamic state. Despite this, the CFR still continues its support of the strategy to overthrow Assad.
In an absurd display of forced schizophrenia, globalist organizations along with the puppet White House now argue that the existence of ISIS in Iraq and Syria, the same ISIS insurgency THEY CREATED, requires the U.S. to execute air strikes and military intervention in the region. Of course, to remain “fair and balanced”, the White House proposes to strike Syrian Government targets as well in order to avoid “strengthening Assad”. Yeah, read that twice, folks...
Remember the Syrian crisis at the end of last year? Remember how the U.S. and Russia were on the verge of conflict over Obama's funding of the insurgency as well as his proposal to provide air support? Well, now the plan is to utilize air strikes against the same insurgents we had originally planned to help with air strikes.
Now, I have asked this question in the past, and I'll ask it again – Is it merely irony that the White House is going to war with the covert militant group it gave birth to?
No, it is not irony. It is planned. ISIS is the new and improved Al-Qaeda. All of the terrorist disaster scenarios showcased in propaganda shows like '24' that seem rather ridiculous to many Americans if plotted by Al-Qaeda goat herders hiding in caves in Afghanistan and Pakistan now become believable if plotted by highly organized and savvy ISIS operatives.
Don't believe ISIS is savvy? I don't either, aside from the CIA agents pulling their strings. However, DoD officials and others have been bombarding the mainstream media with one specific meme: ISIS is awesome!
Chuck Hagel, Department of Defense Secretary, has made statements claiming that “ISIL (ISIS) poses a threat greater than 9/11... “
"They're beyond just a terrorist group. They marry ideology with a sophisticated strategic and tactical military prowess and they're tremendously well-funded. This is way beyond anything we have seen. We must prepare for everything. Get Ready!"
U.S. Special Operations sources argue that ISIS is an “incredible fighting force”, acting more like a “state with a military” than a disorganized band of guerrillas. I would argue that ISIS tactics appear sophisticated exactly because they are receiving sophisticated direction from state funded covert intelligence agencies like the CIA.
Retired Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney recently revealed that he believed a new 9/11 event is looming, and I would like to note that even if this is true, the Neo-Conservatives are no more a solution to the problem than the Neo-Liberals.



Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.), the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee claims that ISIS members are “rapidly developing a method of blowing up a major U.S. city...”
Governor Rick Perry of Texas (a Bilderberg attendee) claims that ISIS agents may have already crossed into the U.S. from Mexico.
In the meantime, Senators on both sides of the fake aisle are warning the Obama Administration that ISIS is the “best funded terror group in history”.
With all this hype circling ISIS, I have to suggest that maybe, just maybe, we are being given the ultimate scapegoat for the ultimate false flag attack. When building the narrative of a traditional story, the hero is really a secondary character, because the hero is only as impressive as the villain he must eventually defeat. If you look at mainstream media and geopolitics as a theater script, rather than a series of random events, it appears as though ISIS is being built up as a villain so pervasive and devious the group could accomplish ANYTHING.
I believe the time is in fact ripe for a large scale false-flag on American soil. It may be a singular attack limited to a city or region, or, numerous smaller attacks executed in concert. I see the media overload of ISIS fever as a means to condition the public to believe in the ISIS myth – the myth that they are a sophisticated international super-terrorist conglomerate; a real life Legion of Doom. If Americans are conned into buying this myth, they may also be fooled into abandoning their Constitutional liberties and natural freedoms in the face of a well planned attack blamed on ISIS elements. I believe there will likely come a day when the mere act of exposing the lie or standing against government overreach will be called "treason", and people like myself will be labeled "no better than ISIS".
If an attack does take place in the name of ISIS, it is vital that Americans remember that this is not the violent invasion of a foreign army, that there is no Islamic enemy except that which our government created, that this is not some unexpected form of “blowback” from terrorists who used to be our allies, that this is an engineered attack by contracted employees of our own defense and intelligence apparatus leading a horde of useful psychopaths, and just like during Operation Gladio, the goal will be to terrify you and those around you into seeking out a more powerful, more centralized government authority to protect your security, to provide cover for the continued planned collapse of American society into third world status, and out of these ashes, the centralization of the political and financial foundations of our world into the hands of an elite few.

Muslims are not human beings. No human being is that evil, that debased, that truly revolting. Muslims are more akin to Satanic entities, like the Buddhists in Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Thailand describe them as based on their experience and testimonies.

It is time to start military action to protect minorities across the world whether they are Christian, Hindu, Jew, Buddhist, etc. It is time to start banning Muslims, block visas for Muslims, block passports, reverse immigration status and send them back, block travels, block trade to and from our countries. It is time to dismantle mosques and ban Islam. It is time to mass deport them. It is time to isolate all Muslim presence and countries from the rest of the world as the evil they truly are through and through.

Many people in the West are not aware that Christians are the most persecuted group in the entire world. Over 35 million (!) Christians have died for their religion this century alone.

Does Britain’s William Hague and David Cameron, so supportive of Muslim terrorists, want to step in and donate some more money and weapons to help the Saudi’s buy more Christian blood-filled trinkets?

Or what about Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry who so eagerly wanted to “help” Qatar (Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani), Saudi Arabia (King Abdullah) and Kuwait (Emir Sabah IV Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah) to fund the spread of the Caliphate movement to kill all kafirs (all non-Muslims and Muslim minorities)?

Or the EU and Herman ‘the lunatic’ Rompuy and Jose Manuel Barroso, so eager and supportive to send “aid” to terrorists? Not to forget the UN, so eager to support the Islamic cause.
Frankly all of them should be tried for treason and be executed over their funding and involvement in this human genocide. If there is any justice in the world, they will all meet it in their lifetime.

A nun in Germany (Hatun Dogan) has recently done a presentation in a conference of an independent investigation she conducted of the treatment of Christians in Syria under the hands of Muslim fundamentalists. She revealed that Muslims are butchering Christians, draining their blood in bottles, and selling each bottle for $100,000 to Muslims in Saudi Arabia who take it to wash their hands in Christian blood, with the belief that it atones for their sins.

Truly, Saudi Arabia is that “woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus” (Revelation 17:6), and the kings of the earth are fornicating with her, trading with this harlot the wine (oil) for the obliteration of the saints.
