Be ready everyone. This activity keeps intensifying and one has to begin to wonder what exactly the regime is up to.. We’ve never seen this sort of activity or with this frequency.

According To The Federal Government, There’s No Such Thing As Islamist Terrorism

As violent Islamic extremists in the Middle East vow to bring bloodshed to the U.S. homeland, the federal government continues its politically correct willful ignorance of the threat radical Islam poses to the well-being of American citizens.
Last week, British Prime Minister David Cameron announced that his country raised its terror threat level to “severe,” its second highest spot, because of the ISIS terror threat.
“The ambition to create an extremist caliphate in the heart of Iraq and Syria is a threat to our own security here in the UK,” he said.
Cameron also spoke of the challenges related to responding to a terrorist threat rooted in religious extremism.
“This threat cannot be solved simply by dealing with perceived grievances over Western foreign policy,” he said. “Nor can it be dealt with by addressing poverty, dictatorship or instability in the region – as important as these things are.
“The root cause of this threat to our security is quite clear. It is a poisonous ideology of Islamist extremism that is condemned by all faiths and faith leaders.”
The British actions and willingness to admit that Islamic extremism is a major threat contrast sharply with the stance that American officials have taken in conversations about ISIS.
Last week, Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said that there was no indication that ISIS is plotting attacks against the U.S.
“I can tell you with great clarity and certainty that if that threat existed inside of Syria that it would certainly be my strong recommendation that we would deal with it,” he said. “I have every confidence that the president of the United States would deal with it.”
Officials at the U.S. State Department have taken a similar stance, claiming that there was no indication that ISIS is religiously motivated or bent on attacking the U.S.
“This is not about [ISIS] versus the United States,” State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said. “They are killing anyone who gets in their way: Sunnis, Shia Muslims, Christians, Yazidis, Iraqis, Syrians, anyone who gets in their way — and now an American.”
“So this is not about what the United States is or isn’t doing,” Harf continued. “This is about [ISIS] stated a commitment to murder, rape, enslave people who don’t agree with their ideology and who get in their way.”
She later added, “[T]hey can say whatever they’d like, but what I am making clear is that’s not what [ISIS] represents. And they don’t represent any religion. They are at war with everybody they come into contact with.”

Earlier this year Obama designated the Desert Peaks National Monument surrounding Las Cruces, New Mexico, as a federally designated monument.

Obama set aside the land with an executive order under the Antiquities Act, a law passed by Congress and signed by Theodore Roosevelt on June 8, 1906.
“The president acted unilaterally in this, without the input of Congress,” Carol Cooper, a rancher who owns about a third of the set aside land, told Newsmax in May.
The area, nearly a half million acres comprising a wide swath of Doña Ana County bordering the Mexican state of Chihuahua, is now off limits to all but foot traffic – and drug cartels and possibly ISIS.
Police in Doña Ana County warn the creation of a national monument along the border where police traffic is prohibited provides Mexican drug cartels with what amounts to a corridor to move drugs, weapons and illegal immigrants into the United States.
The New Mexico State Police, Doña Ana Sheriff’s Department, and the Las Cruces Police Department have been aware of cartel activity in the area for years.
“They’re here,” Metro Narcotics Sgt. Bobby Holden told the El Paso Times in September, 2010. “They’ve been here for a long time.”
In 2010, Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu told an indifferent corporate media how his deputies “were outmanned and outgunned by the cartel smugglers who increasingly operate using military tactics and weapons,” Human Events reported.
“Pinal County contains an estimated 75-100 drug cartel cells and listening posts/observation posts, used to facilitate the illegal transportation of people and narcotics into the United States,” he wrote on his web page in 2011.

ISIS and the Open Border
Last week Infowars.com reported on a warning issued by Judicial Watch. The nonprofit advocacy group said government sources reported the terrorist group ISIS is active in Ciudad Juarez, a Mexican city across the border from El Paso, Texas.
El Paso is located near the border of New Mexico and adjoining Doña Ana County. The county is host to the White Sands Missile Range, the largest military complex in the United States and obviously a prime target for terrorists. White Sands is an important component of the aerospace industry and the military industrial complex. It is a short distance from Fort Bliss, headquartered in El Paso, and Holloman Air Force Base near Alamogordo, New Mexico. Holloman is home to the 49th Wing and supports national security objectives and, like White Sands, would be a prize target for ISIS.

Military Experts: With ISIS in El Paso, Ft. Bliss in Danger of Terrorist Attack

The recent increase in security at a key Army base near a Mexican border city where Islamic terrorists are confirmed to be operating and planning an attack on the United States indicates that the facility is a target, according to senior military experts contacted by Judicial Watch.
Last week JW reported that the militant group Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) is working in the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez and planning to attack the United States with car bombs or other vehicle borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED). High-level federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources confirmed to JW that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the border has been issued. Agents across a number of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense agencies have all been placed on alert and instructed to aggressively work all possible leads and sources concerning this imminent terrorist threat.
Juarez is a famously crime-infested narcotics hotbed situated across from El Paso, Texas. Ft. Bliss is the Army’s second-largest installation, spanning more than 1 million acres with an active duty force of 34,411 and headquartered in El Paso. Two days after JW broke the story on ISIS operating in Juarez, Ft. Bliss announced it was increasing security measures. A statement that went out to the media was rather vague, attributing the move to several recent security assessments and the constant concern for the safety of military members, families, employees and civilians.
But senior military officials contacted by JW this week reveal that military installations in the U.S. only make changes to security measures when there are clear and present threats. “It’s a significant issue when this is done,” says retired Army Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, former commander of the Army’s elite Delta Force who also served four years as Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence. “That means they’re getting a threat stream. Ft. Bliss had to have a clear and present threat.”
The inaccuracies to the public appear to be part of a broader effort by the Obama administration to downplay the bloodshed that has long plagued the southern border and now the imminent threat of Islamic jihadists planning a strike as the 13^th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil approaches. Remember that Obama’s first Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, famously proclaimed that the border is as secure as it’s ever been even as organized syndicates took over portions of the region, smuggling drugs, humans, weapons and money into the U.S.
Back in 2010 a veteran federal agent disclosed that the government was covering up the growing threat by Middle Eastern terrorists entering the country through Mexico. The U.S. Border Patrol classifies them as OTM (Other Than Mexican) and many come from terrorist nations like Yemen, Iran, Sudan, Somalia and Afghanistan. The feds call them SIAs (Special Interest Aliens) and the government doesn’t want Americans to know about them or that ISIS is operating adjacent to a major American city. “ISIS is working with the drug cartels,” confirms retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, who’s regularly briefed by high-level contacts in the region. Besides Ft. Bliss, Maj. Gen. Vallely believes another Texas Army base, Ft. Hood, is also a target for Islamic terrorists.
As we all know, Ft. Hood was already attacked by a radical Army psychiatrist (Nidal Malik Hasan) who murdered 13 colleagues and wounded dozens of others as he chanted “Allahu Akbar!” (God is great in Arabic). Hasan had ties to a radical mosque leader (Anwar al Awlaki) who promotes jihad against the U.S., attempted to contact Al Qaeda associates prior to the attack and defended Islamic suicide bombers in comments he posted on the internet.
Hundreds of miles across the Lone Star State, geography makes Ft. Bliss an exceptionally big target at the moment, JW’s military experts say. For starters it’s a sensitive compound that sits near a notoriously porous border adjacent to a Mexican city long run by heavily armed drug cartels. As the anniversary of 9/11 approaches and ISIS establishes itself in Juarez, there’s no question the El Paso Army base is vulnerable, military experts told JW this week.
“Given how easy it is to cross the border terrorist can easily cross it,” Lt. Gen. Boykin said. “We’ve known for some time that terrorist elements have entered the U.S. through Mexico. This is nothing new.” Actually, Islamic terrorists are likely planning multiple attacks in the border region, including perhaps malls and power grids, according to Maj. Gen. Vallely, who assures that the cells are quite sophisticated. “They are well organized and well-funded,” he said.

Mark Levin: Americans Joining ISIS Relinquish Their U.S. Citizenship

In a stunning admission, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel informed the public that there is a problem with foreign fighters aiding the self-proclaimed Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham, inlcuding, at least, 100 U.S. citizens.
U.S. Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel, said the following about this development:

“We have acknowledged publicly, we are aware of over 100 U.S. citizens, who have U.S. passports, who are fighting in the Middle East with ISIL forces. There may be more. We don’t know.”

Levin responded to Hagel’s alarming admission with the following:

“Okay. Now, the way I see it, you’re Secretary of Defense, and you now pose a problem. What’s the fix?
“And this is why I think so many of you are frustrated.
“Okay. We got it. These animals hate us. Some of them, have either come into our country from other countries and settled or have been born here, but they’ve now joined the enemy. Now what are we going to do about it?
“I have said time and again now, that these people have, by their own actions, relinquished their United States Citizenship. They should not be permitted back into the country, and if the crackpots insist on judicial review, it should be judicial review by a military tribunal. That’s the way it is supposed to be done, and not on our own territory, at Guantanamo Bay.”

Levin went on to explain the foundation for his suggestion that U.S. citizens fighting for ISIS have “relinquished their United States citizenship.”
Section 349 of the Immigration and Nationality Act 8 U.S.C. 1481 as amended is that foundation, and it explains how citizens are subject to losing their citizenship if they, voluntarily and with the intent to relinquish U.S. citizenship, perform at least one of seven specified acts.
Levin then stated, “[B]y their acts, in joining the Islamo-Nazis, we should use common sense, and certainly, interpret that to mean an intention to relinquish U.S. citizenship.”
The two specified acts that Levin says matter the most to him are as follows:

(1) taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof, after having attained the age of eighteen years; or
(2) entering, or serving in, the armed forces of a foreign state if (A) such armed forces are engaged in hostilities against the United States, or (B) such persons serve as a commissioned or noncommissioned officer.

But Levin does not stop there. He then, half-jokingly, addresses a question that many Americans are likely concerned about:

“See, I’ve got a phone and a pen too.

"Terrorists. Terrorists.

"If these, so-called, U.S. citizens are joining up with the enemy that has decapitated two Americans and done far worse to more Americans and more people – horrific acts of evil – well then, they are not to be citizens any longer.
“Now this is percolating out there, but it’s not percolating enough. So when you have the Secretary of Defense talk about, there’s 100 of these people, at least, maybe more, it’s not enough to tell us about it. What the hell are you going to do about it?”

Finally, Levin ties this into something that many more Americans are concerned about – the border. Levin, in the past, has suggested, and reiterated just yesterday, that:

“We are going to get hit, and we are going to get hit as a result of our ‘laxed security – border security and other forms of security. We are going to get hit! And it will be a soft target, as I’ve also tried to explain.
“It will be horrendous.
“It will be in a sort of place where you and I, and your family members, frequent – a large grocery store; a sporting event, perhaps a high school stadium; one of our subway systems; a mall, a large mall, particularly in states that have disarmed its populations; movie theatres; amusement parks; Disney World; Universal; you name it – all there for the pickin’s, because they will not secure the border. They will not secure the border!
“And to this day we have people like Louis Gutierrez, running around, insisting on open immigration, insisting on open borders, so blinded by their racism, so blinded by their hate that the country really doesn’t matter. The country really doesn’t matter.
“All of these things are related. All of these things are related.”

Former top government officials who have been warning Washington about the vulnerability of the nation’s largely unprotected electric grid are raising new fears that troops from the jihadist Islamic State are poised to attack the system, leading to a power crisis that could kill millions.
“Inadequate grid security, a porous U.S.-Mexico border, and fragile transmission systems make the electric grid a target for ISIS,” said Peter Pry, one of the nation’s leading experts on the grid.
Others joining Pry at a press conference later Wednesday to draw attention to the potential threat said that if just a handful of the nation’s high voltage transformers were knocked out, blackouts would occur across the country.
“By one estimate, should the power go out and stay out for over a year, nine out of 10 Americans would likely perish,” said Frank Gaffney, founder and president of the Center for Security Policy in Washington.
At the afternoon press conference, Gaffney dubbed the potential crisis the "grid jihad."
A lack of electricity would shut off water systems, impact city transportation services and shutdown hospitals and other big facilities. Fresh and frozen foods also would be impacted as would banks, financial institutions and utilities.
Pry provided details of recent attacks on electricity systems and said that ISIS could easily team with Mexican drug cartels to ravage America.
He told Secrets, for example, that the Knights Templar drug gang blacked out the electric grid of the Mexican state of Michoacan in 2013 to provide cover for killing those fighting the drug trade.
“The Knights Templars and other criminal gangs in Mexico will do anything for money, and ISIS, the richest terrorist organization in history, has hundreds of millions of dollars at its disposal,” said Pry.
“ISIS could hire one of the Mexican cartels, or one of their criminal gangs already in the U.S., or activate jihadist terror cells already in the U.S., and inflict a multi-state blackout immediately, within days or weeks. Perhaps even a nationwide blackout,” Pry explained to Secrets.
“I am not saying it is likely they will do so. But given the capabilities and objectives of ISIS and our obvious vulnerabilities, it would be foolish to ignore the threat to the grid, to regard the threat as unlikely. Our planning should be based on imminent asymmetrical threats, and not assume that another 9/11 large-scale attack is years away,” he added.
The Texas Department of Public Safety recently said they believe there is evidence that ISIS plans an attack.
Pry, Gaffney and others have been pushing Congress to protect the electric grid from attacks including terrorists, assaults by U.S. foes like North Korea and even sun spots that can zap unprotected transformers with electromagnetic pulse.
Congress is looking at legislation to protect the grid via the Critical Infrastructure Protection Act.
