I'm really surprised that this is an issue that Shaun Hannity does
keep bringing up , on his Tv show anyway

These are 3 of Florida's largest papers that I am aware of.

We need to look for the papers online and start to post comments under ANY articles dealing with the upcoming primary.

I will look for the online links and post them.

Here are also two other GREAT sites to look for articles and post comments!!

I'll be hitting every newspaper in the state that has a comments section. I've already posted on some of them.

I wouldn't be surprised if Romney places more emphasis on the economy rather than illegal immigration in Florida, particularly since there are many Cuban-Americans in the state. As we know, some people interpret opposition to illegal immigration as "anti-immigrant" in general.

Illegal immigration is a HUGE issue in Florida----as much as it is in California!!

Romney would be wise to emphasis both----in every speech that he gives!!!

This would be ESPECIALLY true in the Miami area!!!

Don't forget........Cuban-Americans vote Republican more than Democrat!!!

There was quite a large crowd, I also seen the standing ovation, it made me very happy!!! It also make a huge statement, because I have been affraid that the MSM would use McCains win to spin illegal immigration does not matter to Americans.

Hillary and Obama are making me sick the way they surround them selves with certain groups of people to avoid the subject!

So many Americans have left Florida as a direct result of illegal immigration. Hopefully those who have been determined to remain their with their state will FINALLY have their voices heard.

    Come on Romney in Florida!

It was reportedly a huge issue in South Carolina, too. I have little doubt that many Floridians are concerned about illegal immigration, although probably more so in some areas than others. The question is, is this what voters will primarily be basing their vote on. I currently have no evidence to back this up, but I would guess that illegal immigration is of less importance to some Cuban-Americans than other issues, particularly the economy. Also, some Cuban communities are quite affluent and homogenous. I'm not sure how illegal immigration might have impacted them. And we have to remember---the Democrats don't even figure into the equation yet, and Republicans will have at least four candidates to choose from.

Maybe some Florida ALIPAC members can provide insight.
