I don't understand how they can figure out which illegal earned what amount of money in the first place. Perhaps some known ones with special numbers assigned to them?

As was said, the money goes into a "suspense......" file, folder, whatever, and there isn't a way of telling of the individuals contribution. Not with stolen ID's and fraudulent docs. Supposedly the SS Adminstration knows which numbers are stolen, etc., but can't share that information with IRS or others. Another stove pipe?

None of this mess makes sense to me. Constant contradictions. Constant double talk. Confuse and cloud issues.
