This is nothing but a ploy to grant amnesty. If they want to give in-state tuition to illegals they don't have to offer citizenship as part of the package. Many states already offer in-state tuition to illegals.

This is a travesty, and if this amendment passes, it will open the door for more amnesty piecemeal legislation. Each senator who votes in favor of this should be removed from office, and Obama and Hillary can forget about being elected for president. They are all pandering traitors.
