A Romney win on the way!

    MITT ROMNEY, JOHN MCCAIN

And The First Exit Polls in Michigan Say...

I'm surprised no one else has put this up yet. I'm hearing the first round of exit polls have Romney 35, McCain 29, Huckabee 15, Ron Paul 10, Giuliani 4. This doesn't count absentee ballots.

If this holds, the networks will be able to announce shortly after 9 p.m. eastern time...

Of course, all the standard disclaimers apply, and the later voters may differ from the early rounds, and the polls are still open, so if you're a Michigander, go out and vote for your favorite.

It's still early though. We'll have to see if this holds up.

I've been staying away from this for now

Its way to early , But with that lead if it holds they should
declare earlier rather than later on a Romney win

I think a lot of people are finally starting to get it

No offense to the Ron Paul people or the rest of the fence sitters
but we should be ok if some of them get behind us

I love Ron Paul to death but its not gonna happen this go around

It doesn't look like anything official is in, so let's be careful.

Looks like results will be posted here:

    Thanks for the link, Populist.

My husband has called me three times to see if there's any new information.

    independents and Democrats

Apparently, only 25% of the vote will be independent votes. That is very good news for Mitt.

Very low turnout in Democratic precincts. That is also very good news for Mitt.
