Sound Familiar?

The middle class has to become strong again, and I don't think that has much to do with Karl Marx. My opinion.

The sixties generation has spoiled their children and grandchildren to the point that they think they are ENTITLED to anything and everything. If that EVIL man who owns a business and pays them a salary does well, then they are ENTITLED to his success not just their pay checks.
Yes, there are evil people in business but not the amount that the msm and politicians would like you to think. They USE YOU. It is to their advantage to tell you that you AREN'T BEING TREATED RIGHT and THEY can fix it. NO THEY CAN'T. Everything the government gets their hands on, the make it bad to worse. I'll help those I want to help locally, but don't take my money buy a $300 wrench then tell me you know better than I do about how to REDISTRIBUTE my money.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Yes it is the fault of many parents for not teaching children what it takes to buy those phones and Nintendos. As a middle schooler, I had no allowance and had to earn every penny from my parents, like being paid 2cents for all dandelions I could dig from the lawn. I also earned money by babysitting for 50 cents an hour. My dream was to buy a Yorkshire terrier puppy, and just about the time I reached the goal of saving $110 to buy the puppy, one of the neighbors I babysat for gave me a poodle-Maltese mixed puppy for free.
It is also the fault of the school systems demanding that kids use computers for their homework, and that they quit demanding extra credit projects which only cost the parents more money.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I told our son, "when you give her allowance tell her to give back two dollars and when she whines tell her its taxes." He burst out laughing. I said, get her ready. Then take the two dollars and put it in a college fund for her. My mother-in-law at one time gave her granddaughter a certain amount of money for her birthday. She took her to Toys R US. She said this is all you have I won't add to it. So they went isle by isle. She wrote down items she was interesting in and the price. Then she marked the most important. Finding she could get the most important (or all of them) she then had to make a choice. It worked, she found out money goes fast and it doesn't grow on trees and grandma, even though she loved her, did owe her anything else.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

My daughter is 16 and she is working a few day per week as long as her grades are up. I make her put 25% of her take home pay in a savings account and 50% of her pay in another savings account to save for her car insurance and she gets to spend the other 25% as she likes. I want her to learn the value of a dollar and the benefits of saving.
