Speaker Boehner tore into President Obama for not working productively to resolve the border crisis, while asking for billions in new spending with no strings attached to host immigrant children in the United States.
Boehner argued that the children should be taken care of and sent home. Then he burst into exasperation.



“This is a problem of the president’s own making,” Boehner charged.“ He’s been president for five and a half years. When’s he going to take responsibility for something?”
