So he's changing ICE's name to one that he can probably underwrite their duties away from detaining illegals and deporting unless criminal activities. Yah, no dem would think Homeland Security Investigations would have anything to do with deporting illegal aliens.

Sounds like the panderfest is begining though. He says though he wants to work with repubs which priority goal #1 is securing the border. So how about Obama's plan on how to do that as without it secured no American citizens want to even hear of a remote idea of the Dream Act... while many of us will still fully oppose matter what.
