    Check this garbage out.

The thing that angers me the most about this is that banks can actually invest in how inept and corrupt the American political system is when it comes to criminal immigration. If these people were getting shown to the door they would shun them like lepers. Furthermore, if (HAH!) they do get deported interest rates will be "adjusted". So either way, Bank of America & co. will make money. It's a win-win situation for them.

Here I am, a working class blue collar guy who served in Iraq. I CAN'T EVEN GET A HOUSE RIGHT NOW!!! But if I was a criminal alien I would not only be "eligible", they would be seeking me out to sell to me!!!

God bless Los Estados Unidos D'Americo.

we know how you feel....life isn't fair.....remember if you can that the majority of the people in Latin America are living impoverished lives...my wife's neices are suffering from malnutrion ignorance and want....it is a long story....thank God for what you do have every day

I am NOT making excuses for illegals and what is going on with what you write about above...I totally agree friend....those bankers are lousy Americans and you a VET!

We all get rejected but don't give up your personal fight and keep knocking on doors until you get in.....Jesus even said that in the bible...if they don't open the door to you seek help elsewhere.....this is a personal reason why I left the Catholic Church and it is good advice for other things too...

you will find a house if you will it to be!

rebel...are you really looking for a house? Find a Chase Bank, tell them you want to discuss a 100% plus loan. You understand that this is available through the US Department of Agriculture where the FEDERAL TAXPAYER guarantees 100% of the loan and thus offers a very low interest rate. This is for Rural Development. I assume you have some rural area around where you live? Tell them you are looking for a home in a rural area.

Tell them you'd like to learn more about the program. Ask for literature, ask for details, take business cards, names and phone numbers.

Tell them you believe you are hispanic/latino which makes you a preferred borrower. (Rebel--has anyone ever told you that you WERE NOT hispanic?) (Do you remember the US Secretary of State Madeline Albright, under Clinton Administration, the lady that would wear a big cowboy hat to major foreign meetings--she didn't know she was Jewish--until she read it in the newspapers after she became US Secretary of State at around age 60--she believed all her life she was something else, get my drift?)

Be prepared to tell them exactly what monthly payment would be "comfortable" for you. $200 a month, $300 a month. Whatever. Let them work for you, as I believe they will.

The program is available to American Citizens.

See if this will help you to find a house. You do not need a down payment or closing costs. It's all in the loan and guaranteed by your Fellow Americans!! GO GET ONE, please, before they are all sold out to Mexico!!

If it does not work out, post here what you ran into, because I've got the name of the guy with whom I have conversed already who is in charge of the Rural Development Program of the United States Department of Agriculture....and I'll find out WHY you couldn't get one of these loans to buy a nice house and increase home ownership for AMERICANS, a high priority of the President of the United States.
