Tax payers vs tax getters ___ Repeal and replace Obamacare

Listen to the cries and hysteria coming from tax getters complaining that our federal government may reconsider and not use the force of federal taxation to pay for their health-care needs. Listen to the millions of foreigners who have invaded America’s borders, broken its laws, and now protest in the streets because they fear America’s federal government may give some relief to American citizens who have been made into tax slaves to pay for the health-care needs of illegal entrants and their children. Listen to the millions of unwed, unemployed mothers who breed like rabbits and find time to protest at town-hall meetings, complaining that federal financing of their self-indulgences may be reduced and become the problem of their own state government as intended by America’s federal Constitution and federalism. And, listen to the outcry of millions of lazy, unproductive and parasitic individuals who protest because America’s free-cheese wagon may slow down and require them to work for the cheese they get.

Are we to forget a primary function of America’s government, which is far different than the countless failing socialist governments around the world? Are we to forget what a primary function of government is which was summarized as follows by one of America’s forefathers?

"Under a just and equal Government, every individual is entitled to protection in the enjoyment of the whole product of his labor, except such portion of it as is necessary to enable Government to protect the rest; this is given only in consideration of the protection offered. In every bounty, exclusive right, or monopoly, Government violates the stipulation on her part; for, by such a regulation, the product of one man's labor is transferred to the use and enjoyment of another. The exercise of such a right on the part of Government can be justified on no other principle, than that the whole product of the labor or every individual is the real property of Government, and may be distributed among the several parts of the community by government discretion; such a supposition would directly involve the idea, that every individual in the community is merely a slave and bondsman to Government, who, although he may labor, is not to expect protection in the product of his labor. An authority given to any Government to exercise such a principle, would lead to a complete system of tyranny." ___ See Representative Giles, speaking before Congress February 3rd, 1792

Are we also to forget that our wise founding fathers were very careful when creating our federal government by defining and limiting powers delegated to it which are summarized as follows in Federalist No 45?

“The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected.

The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.”

In fact, contrary to the big lie that we live in a “democracy” __ a system governed by mob rule vote ___ our founding fathers created a constitutionally limited “Republican form of Government” guaranteed under Article 4, Section 4 of our Constitution, and feared “democracy” for good cause as summarized in Federalist No. 10. Madison, in Federalist No. 10 says in reference to “democracy” they …

”…have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths. Theoretic politicians, who have patronized this species of government, have erroneously supposed that by reducing mankind to a perfect equality in their political rights, they would, at the same time, be perfectly equalized and assimilated in their possessions, their opinions, and their passions.”

We, as a nation, are now seeing the ugly head of “democracy” with reference to factious groups determined to use federal force to provide for their personal economic needs such as health-care, housing, food, education, etc., all of which ignores our constitutionally limited system of government and the various State’s responsibility in such matters. What is even worse is, a Republican controlled Congress and President is complicit in the usurpation of power over such matters and is determined to use federal taxing authority to confiscate the product of one group’s labor to provide the economic needs of other identifiable groups, which is exactly what our founders feared and why they created a constitutionally limited system of government which defined and separated federal functions from those of the States.

John Adams, a principle force in the American Revolutionary period was absolutely correct when he wrote "democracy will envy all, contend with all, endeavor to pull down all; and when by chance it happens to get the upper hand for a short time, it will be revengeful, bloody, and cruel..."

"To lay with one hand the power of the government on the property of the citizen and with the other to bestow upon favored individuals, to aid private enterprises and build up private fortunes is none the less a robbery because it is done under forms of law and called taxation." ____ Savings and Loan Association vs Topeka, 1875.

    tax-payers vs tax-getters ___ the un-freaken believable facts

See Welfare: A Better Deal than Work

”We found that, just to break even, a person on welfare would often have to take a job that paid considerably more than the value of the forgone welfare benefits. In Hawaii, for example, a person leaving welfare for work would have to earn more than $60,590 a year to be better off. In fact, welfare currently pays more than a minimum-wage job in 34 states and the District of Columbia. In Hawaii, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, D.C., welfare pays more than a $20-an-hour job, and in five additional states it yields more than a $15-per-hour job.”

The sad truth is, as I previously pointed out, hard-working wage earners have been made into tax slaves to finance the economic needs of the above mentioned tax getters, and in many cases the tax getter fairs much better financially than the tax paying slave.

There was a time not too long ago in New York when able-bodied people were ashamed to accept home relief, a program created by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1931 when he was Governor. Now New York City is infested with ticks and fleas who not only demand welfare, but use it to buy beer, wine, drugs, sex, and Lotto tickets.
