    When these Spanish speaking callers call...do they break into English when they realize that you don't speak Spanish?.
    Come to think of it when I said "No habla espanol" the telemarketers acted like they were done with the call and didn't say anything but sorry or something to that effect in a thick spanish accent. After this exchange of words I told them to put me on their do not call list.
