    Many of these small towns along the border love federal money but hate
    America it would be a eye opener if the people of America could come
    down and speak with locals. In all terms it is Mexico with all the corruption,
    America in name only.
    I'm old with many opinions few solutions.

    Yeah, let 'em have Texas, and add it to Mexico - then, we won't have to give them any benefits.

    Might as well add California to the list. I guess today I am in a negative frame of mind, but it feels like Cali is more Mexican than American anyway.
