Again I will say, I am a Republican, voted for Bush but do not defend his stance on giving my country away.

I agree with both of you, he totally lost my respect and my defense of him with this issue. Ihad to stop and do some thinking for a change How could Bush really be an effective terror fighter as he seems to think he is if he totally leaves his own country to any terroist who takes a notion to walk on in, and I am sure hundreds have! It is not even logical to be one without securing your borders! I cn't even stand to see him speaking on TV now, I have to turn him off everytime just as he turned me off! I will never trust him or believe another thing he says or does.

Bush is a disgrace to our country.

Ah yes, yet another Bushism slip of the tongue. Comedians will never be short on material while he's in office. My favorite is "I know how hard it is to put food on your family"

Slips of the tongue or not... I don't honestly believe the quote where he mentions dictatorship only when HE is the dictator was a true slip of the tongue. This represents a severe lack of humor in my opinion and sometimes jokes are used to lightly veil true intentions.

This man is exceedingly dangerous - even MORE dangerous than Bill Clinton when it comes to subverting our Constitution and undermining this nation.

If I were in the U.S. Congress at this point in time, I quite honestly would be the first to submit articles of impeachment and push it hard.
