Thread: Where is Talk Radio and Independant News

I am wondering where all the so called talk radio people on this backdoor amnesty .

It seems they all go on vacation or something when these anti-American bills come up .

They could be of great help is they waned to .

I know That Michael Savage has the Paul Revere Society ,but is not that good about recriuting the people . I agree with most of what he stands for, but his insults are getting so bad to his guest it's begining to not be worth listening to .
Rush is no help , Laura Inghram seems to be quiter than usual .

Can anyone tell me who is really on our side in the 'conservative' media besides Lou Dobbs ?

Get well Lou and although I don't agree with a lot of your opinions ,I sure do on amnesty .

I've been tuning in and out to talk radio, but from the shows I've listened to, I've heard Laura Ingraham whack the "Dream Act" amnesty pretty hard the past two days, John and Ken have been talking about it (they had Roy Reck from NumbersUSA and Bob Dane from FAIR on) the past two days, Tammy Bruce over the weekend, Al Rantel spoke about it this morning, I read on another thread that Rush mentioned W's press release on air, and I thought I caught Savage talking (at least briefly) about it, although I didn't listen to him for too long.

If anyone else heard other talk radio hosts speak about the Dream Act amnesty, please post.

But I agree we have to get talk radio to do more -- focus less on the OJ Simpson nonsense -- and more on important matters that affect is directly.

I think Laura is on our side . I don't get to listen to her anymore, she must come on real early . She was on later in the day .

Thanks Popularist for the info . I wonder if we couls all put together enough funds to run an add to impeach Bush and the others who are determined to destroy us from the inside .

We need a political peaceful revolution and we need it now .

We haven't really won anything , just prolonged it a little while .

We still have 30 to 50 million illegals and others who have no business here . They have built an army against us inside our nation. They are still coming across the borders by the thousands everyday .

100,000 Iraqi refugees are on the way . Immigrant business's are opening and nationals businesss are closing everyday .

We need to call sponsors of talk radio and see what the problem is .

TALK RADIO DOES BRING THESE THINGS UP, PARTICULARLY IF SOMEONE CALLS IN AND BRINGS IT UP. BUT THERE ARE A MOUNTAIN OF ISSUES FACING AMERICANS TODAY AND SO THEY LEAVE ROOM FOR OTHER ISSUES AS WELL. ALTHOUGH I THINK ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IS AN EMERGENCY ISSUE.

HOWEVER, OTHER PEOPLE ALSO WANT TO TALK ABOUT OTHER THINGS. SO I DONT THINK THEY CAN TALK EXCLUSIVELY ABOUT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.....AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO THAT TO COVER ALL THE FACETS OF THIS ISSUE. AND THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH EVERY NUANCE EVERYDAY. SO CALLING THEM AND LETTING THEM KNOW SOMETHING IS ABOUT TO BE VOTED ON IS A GREAT IDEA.

I DONT REALLY THINK THEY ARE AVOIDING IT THOUGH.....OR NEGLECTING IT.

I found a fantastic site where I can get a huge number of stations all over the country and all the big talk shows. I have it on from early morning til late at night!

I buy their books and support their products . I pay extra for the same kind of product I could get cheaper elsewhere . So they do owe me and others some free time , more than we are getting considering the importance .

Thanks Citizen , I will try it out . I don't have a computer but can still do most things with this webtv box and keyboard . I listen to online sites and can get some videos to play .

YES THEY DO OWE US SOME FREE TIME. AND THEY ARE HAPPY TO GIVE US THE TIME. BUT THEY HAVE TO ALLOW FOR OTHER TOPICS AS WELL. THAT WAY PEOPLE WILL HEAR THAT SOMETHING IS HAPPENING RIGHT THEN. AND MAYBE THEY WILL ALSO CALL THEIR REPS.
