    Re: Amend the 14th Amendment

The first thing that must be done is to replace the word "natural person" for "person" in the language of the amendment. Thom Hartmann has an excellent book "Unequal Protection" detailing the fraud of the Santa Clara Railroad Supreme Court decision in the back in 1880s, how in that era corporations brought more lawsuits seeking protection under the 14th A than any aggrieved slaves.

We can't repeal the 14th Amendment, because the body of the Constitution appears to allow slavery among the states.
Once we repeal an Amendment then we are in trouble of trying to repeal others such as the Second Amendment.

How about a Supreme Court decision on the meaning of "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof?" (Someone else do the research this time.)

Unless we enforce laws against illegal aliens today,
tomorrow WE may wake up as illegals.

The last word: illegal aliens are ILLEGAL!

Repealing it, of course, would be out of the question, but this country needs to push for clarification once and for all, about it and then to make that final decision on how it applies to anyone born here of foreign parents.

It can be done by our judicial branch of the government and we should all keep pushing for it.
