That's why we need the entry-exit visa tracking program implemented and enforced. Just because you have an EO or a ban or a pause or a law doesn't mean people will abide them, you still need to enforce the EO, ban, pause or law. I would hope everyone understands that.

We need an Executive Order giving Visa Overstays a 60-day grace period to Self Deport. Make your arrangements, give notice, sell out pack up and get out.

If ANY Visa overstays are apprehended after the 60-day grace period...they will have a lifetime ban from ever returning to the United States. And this should be the rule this day forward...you do not go back...no renewal, no entry ever again.

We need to fast track deport them out of here!

I think they already have that ability within the existing laws. They just never bothered to enforce it. Our laws are actually very good, complete and thorough because most of them date back to a time when Americans weren't stupid and members of Congress weren't traitors. We just need a President who will enforce those laws and now we clearly have one who will and best I can tell already is.

If we already have the Laws on the books...then DHS or whoever is in charge needs to make a Public announcement that we intend to enforce those Laws and it is in their best interest to make arrangements to go back to their Country of Origin. Their Visa's will not be renewed!

Yes, that is correct. We don't need Congress or the Courts to solve this problem.

Trump's got this. He said over and over on the campaign trail and in his written immigration policy that illegal alien criminals, visa overstays and illegal aliens on welfare would be deportation priorities. And to Trump that's any crime, any visa and any form of welfare. His objective is to GET THEM OUT OF HERE.
