    They take you thru it step by step. Was it a recording? Do you know the company name? Do you know their phone number? Day? Etc. You don't have to have all of the answers because they will get thousands of complaints for the same type of call. It helps if you listen to the call and remember what it said.
    It took them months to get rid of that call from "Your Credit Card Company" that wasn't really.
