For any serious person to believe that after the heat Trump has taken, and the effort that will be involved to remove illegal aliens from our nation, that he would then traipse over to Congress and waste his time to "try" and bring the "good ones back rapidly" is jut not realistic thinking.

Some folks seem to think Trump can do anything he sets his mind to. If he says he's going to expedite the return of the good ones, shouldn't we believe him?

Trump says a lot of things and I don't catch it all. Could you please provide a link where he said the U.S. born children will also be force deported with their illegal parent(s). Thank you.

You should not take a 9 month old offer to "try" to bring "some good ones back" as some reason to oppose or criticize a candidate who has said he will deport all illegal aliens in the US within 2 years.

Trump has said it more than once and he never once walked it back. Actually his own son backed him up on that detail .....but of course you know that. No candidate is above criticism, not even one i support. The truth and facts do matter.

Of course they matter, no one is saying they don't. But when supporters criticize the candidate they support then there's a good chance they turn other potential supporters off and the candidate you support doesn't win. In our case, that means Hillary or Bernie win and there is no deportation and no issue of returning "some good ones", because they're all still here and more pour in every day for another 4 to 8 years. I don't see that as a winning strategy for our cause.

Just my opinion. No "supporting data" available until November.

I'm sure he's used the word "try" before, but this wasn't one of those times. As the link shows, this came from an interview in July 2015. As I said, to my knowledge he has not walked this comment back. Furthermore, he hasn't walked back his "merit-system" comment either. Unless someone knows something I don't, this is truth and fact. I will vote for Trump because there is no other option for me, but I'm not going to hide from the truth.

I have no problem with his statement. The law prevents moving them back in. Until Congress would like to pass a law that allows deported illegal aliens back into the United States, it's not possible. If someone wants to believe that Trump is going to use his political capital to change law so deported illegal aliens he just worked his ass off to get out of here can return to the US, then have at it. To me, that is just not realistic thinking on any level. Just my opinion.

The truth and facts matter. Asking questions and criticism matter. Knowing the good and bad of each candidate gives us the opportunity to make an educated decision. This does not require that I support any candidate, only that I make the best decision I can for my country. Above and beyond illegal immigration I know that 4 years of Hillary or Bernie could be the death toll for America as we know it. To you it is all about Trump and you. To me it is about more, but don't worry I believe Trump will win.

Yes, of course they do. I'm so glad you clarified that child welfare agencies remove children from abusive homes every day. But they do so in accordance with laws and procedures. Are there federal laws and procedures that authorize the federal government to kidnap minor American children of illegal aliens when their parents are deported? If so, those laws needs to be changed.
