I would deport everyone no exceptions, but I would accept as possibly reasonable some of the visa overstays who forgot to apply for renewal before their visa expired and work in science, engineering, medical research or special skills (artisans for example) where there are proven shortages but only after thorough investigations to verify they did not steal a job from an American, no American Worker was fired so they could be hired, there are no American applicants for the job now, and the jobs must be advertised NATIONALLY for 90 days on national television and all mainstream media as well as local newspapers, radio, public libraries and on the internet. They would of course have to undergo the same new extreme vetting procedures for new immigrants that Trump will be establishing.

Both the visa overstay and the employer would pay significant fines and sign an agreement that ensures their return to their home country at the end of this one visa extension.

Our companies and employers must get involved in the training and education of the workers they need and want. This is the way it used to be, and that is the way it must be again. This abandoning skill training at the private level constantly whining to government and seeking skills they need overseas has to stop. We have millions of Americans thirsty for the training and starving for the jobs, but this must be done by the industries and employers on their own, perhaps with some assistance from the public sector. Our companies make more than enough profits to train their workers. Unions used to do much of this, but with the decline of unions, so went the decline of skills. We must raise all of this back up both company and union skill training. We must expand access to science, engineering and medical degrees to make all education more accessible to more Americans who would be great scientists, engineers and doctors but can't get into graduate or medical schools. We must expand our medical schools and educate more American doctors and this will happen if we bring immigration to a halt. I do not want to go to a hospital where there are 4 times more foreign doctors than there are American doctors. This isn't right, this is wrong, and terrible things are happening to people and patients as a result.

All morning since 6 am, nothing on the news but Conway's ridiculous "to be determined" answer to deporting illegal aliens, one of his two signatures issues in this campaign and she has totally and completely misrepresented him in that interview. She should be fired over it and sent packing.
Only to be followed by Trumps words today:

U.S. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump insisted on Monday he was not changing his stance on immigration, despite a comment from a top aide who said his plan to deport 11 million illegal immigrants was still under review.
"I'm not flip-flopping. We want to come up with a really fair but firm answer," Trump told Fox News. He did not elaborate on his policy.

The candidate himself does not know what he is going to do as of yet. The campaign manager was correct representing him yesterday. The campaign should be crystal clear on this issue and they are not. W e can rephrase it and say Trump is not clear on this position yet.

Non-citizens should not be allowed to work in the U.S.

until every citizen who wants a job has a job.
    NO AMNESTY

Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

The campaign was crystal clear on this issue until KellyAnne Conway opened her mouth. When Trump has to go on Fox News and explain that he is not flip-flopping on his signature issue because of an interview his Campaign Manager had the day before, that is a fundamental FAIL with extreme potential consequences by Conway, and she should be fired TODAY. Her interview was the worst interview I've seen in any campaign, she dodged the question TWICE and then answers it finally with "to be determined"!!!! Gawd Awful, so unprofessional. And in the same interview to refer to illegal aliens as "those who live among us" .... oh puleeze, I would have fired her on Sunday after the interview.

There are hundreds of aspects of Trump's immigration policy that will have to be worked out to be implemented after he's in office. We all know that. This is one of the most complicated issues legally that he has to deal with in office. It's also the one the CORRUPT MEDIA will hound him about every day of every week of every month of every year he's in office. Hundreds of details will have to be worked out. We know that. You think someone can lay this all out during a campaign and present it in 3 minute interviews on that subject in the national media half of which is used up by the interviewer? Oh puleeze, that is not possible.

That's why we need to push for a 10 to 20 Year Moratorium on All Immigration with a handful of skill exceptions like artisans.

It isn't true, so don't worry about it. His policy is laid out on his website and recorded on media videos in his own words.

This has been an ongoing issue just in case you were somewhere else for the last four months. Trump himself could have nipped it in the bud today and clarified it if he knew exactly where he stands on it, but he doesn't know. This will be decided soon and laid out in detail.

He has already cancelled his policy speech on immigration this week, so he is rethinking it and KellyAnne did what her boss wanted her to do and say yesterday.

Once again Judy, the candidate is the boss and could have said: 1. KellyAnne misspoke yesterday, 2. nothing has changed and 3. all illegal immigrants here will be deported when I become president. He did not say that. He did said he was not flip-flopping, but he is deciding exactly what to do on this issue. It may be his original statement or it may be something that has been walked back behind closed doors with the editorial board of the NYT's (we know what was said there). We have seen and heard different variations on this so don't blame KellyAnne because if she did something wrong with respect to this or anything else, I am sure she would be held accountable. She should be praised for following his orders and not saying something that did not represent Trumps position for the topic. He met with Hispanic leaders on Saturday and listened to a lot of their ideas and is clearly thinking this through.

If you listen to Senator Sessions, the lawlessness has to end first. The deportations are something that has to be discussed once the borders are secure and the visa system is updated, so there you go.

Trump has said on several occasions, "I am the law and order candidate." But prosecuting illegal immigrants in the country is the practice of law and order. It is the absolute least thing we must do to confront illegal immigration. The only reason that we have so many illegal immigrants is because the laws are not being enforced. The strategy of illegal immigrants as a group in the US is to make their numbers so high as to make it seem impossible to get rid of them. And their sympathizers play the same game. They set up sanctuary cities. What do sanctuary cities mean to a law and order president?

We can build walls a hundred feet high around every inch of our borders, but if we will not throw out illegal immigrants when we find them here, that's all for nothing.

Sanctuary cities is no solution and amnesty is no solution. Let us never forget that it was a Republican, Ronald Reagan, who laid the foundation of the current mess by the amnesty he made possible. The only way to deal with illegal immigration is to enforce the law and treat them like the criminals that they are. This is law and order.

Amnesty, sanctuary cities and now more recently, refugees. These are all scams to corrupt our government, our society and our national sovereignty.
