    Customer Service has taken a real ugly turn.
    I wonder if this admin. is seeing how much we'll put up with before we snap like steel when it's reached it's breaking point.
    It's gonna be delightful to watch them, back peddle and apologize just to keep the doors open. "Emergency flights only people!"
