I tivo Lou Dobbs every night. We then watch later the parts we want -always Broken Border parts.

Does he get credit for when people tivo his show?! Honestly don't know. Our immigration organizer is approaching him for our conference. We can dream...

I believe they count the votes threw the night because he is on again in the west at 1:00 am so probably until they change his web page the next morning!!

I always set my DVR to Lou Dobbs and now he is on 7 days a week.I also vote all the time.I like how he follows up on a story like he is doing with Compean and Romas the 2BP guards for he knows they are innocent.

Everyone in my household has strict orders not to disturb me between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. because that's Lou Dobbs time!

Seems they have such high aspirations with their well written, oh-so-important looking document. I went to the "blog here" spot, and there is nothing but it appears one guy!!!

I, too, watch Lou Dobbs whenever I can. Just so happens I emailed him Friday thanking him for his coverage especially since I am a middle class citizen who everyone else in the media doesn't care much about.

CNN's Dobbs Sees Big Ratings Gains


Lou Dobbs' relentless campaign against illegal immigration is striking a chord with cable television viewers – his nightly show's ratings surged 57 percent in the last quarter of 2006 compared to that period the year before.


"Lou Dobbs Tonight" was CNN's biggest gainer, easily outpacing "Larry King Live," up 12 percent, and "Anderson Cooper 360" at 24 percent. On his show, the lifelong Republican Dobbs assails the Bush administration for doing too little to stem illegal immigration.


He also rails against businesses for outsourcing American jobs to other countries, and advocacy groups for helping illegal aliens in the United States, while praising officials who try to enforce immigration laws.

In an exclusive interview with NewsMax Magazine last July, Dobbs declared: "To permit this continued lack of enforcement and lack of accountability on immigration laws, especially since 9/11, is inexcusable."


And about outsourcing, he told NewsMax: "Any company that kills an American job and places it overseas should be prohibited from doing so, either by regulation or tariffs or both."

It is wonderul to hear that he is doing so well. I can see why we are all hungering after the truth and it is great that he is dedicated to telling it.
