No treaty can trump the Constitution. I believe even if it passed it would be taken to court by the NRA and probably 2/3 of the citizens of this country including Dick Cheney.

    VERY Important!

If they disarm us...well..you can pretty much forget everything. It will also insure billions of our tax dollars to go directly to the UN to do what they want with it.

Because the UN now calls the shots in the US via the Council of Foreign Relations of which every candidate (other than Ron Paul) currently running for President on the demo side and the republican side is a member of.

John McCain has already said he is ready to take guns away from Americans.

The UN can not take our guns and this congress may be stupid but not stupid enough to try to sneak something through to take our 2nd amendment rights away...They know that would be a big mistake. So lets stay the course...fight these states and get rid of illegal aliens!!Top priority!!

This link will tell you what you need to know.

Bush is trying to get this passed urgently to give the telecom companies immunity from having broken the law (except for Quest. They refused to give out the info.)

Bush doesn't want telecoms to be accountable because the truth will come out that this is/was criminal, and he was/is responsible. Bush is trying to get this passed asap, making it sound like it's a life or death matter for every American. He's protecting himself from being held accountable and facing criminal investigation.

This is an absolute failure to uphold our Constitutional rights. They all need to be held accountable.
