Seems to me that a whole bunch of our senators' HEADS are a little tender, too.
    Tender, or MUSH?

If you want to protect your favorite Senator or Representative from your state, nothing will get done. Remember, the people in office now are responsible for the alien invasion mess that we are in. I am telling ALL elected representatives, that if a bill that includes amnesty/guest worker passes Congress, or nothing at all is done before the November elections, I WILL vote against all of them. We can't give them any wiggle room.

California's Republican candidate for US Senate is former California State Senator Richard "Dick" Mountjoy.

Incumbent US Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) has two Democrat primary challengers. The two Democrat challengers are Martin Luther Church and Colleen Fernald.

    I haven't been able to reach a Hutchison office in days...lines are busy....I wonder...hmmm

As far as voting EITHER party into a majority..I don't want to see that done at all...look at the arrogance the Republicans have acquired since they got in 'power'...

Since we're having the illegal crisis I have called many senators offices...some to pan and some to praise...too few too praise for sure...sigh...most of the aides that answer are very curt and hateful...they forget they work for an ELECTED official...they don't work for GOD...

Sen Cornyns staff is always very polite...(shock)

The problem I have with the Democraps is that they are socialists...BIG government....BIG spenders...

The problem that I have with the Republicans is that they are globalists...BIG government...BIGGER spenders..

I want to vote for the constitution party if they can get it together..or at least an Independent....

I think an anti-incumbant movement is part of the solution. With the exception of Rep. Tancredo and Sen. Sensenbrenner, and maybe a few others I don't know of who have shown the integrity to do what is right for this nation, I think all other incumbants should be voted out of office. The message needs to get out on a national level though that it's about illegal immigration/border control. That every incumbant will be voted against by those of us who care so much about this issue, in every election until the problem is fixed.

I think it's the only way the problem will ever get better if not completely fixed. This is because both the republicans and democrats in office see this issue as a side-bar issue. Sure, they know they've pissed people off, but also count on their supporters being more against the opposition party than they are against what is happening in congress over immigration. The problem is that sooner or later it won't matter whether we are Republicans or Democrats because we will have all lost this country. If we cannot be united on this issue, then God help us!

I agree RR. And I was not nice at all the last time I talked to them but that woman never once made an ugly comment back to me.

And regarding incumbants, check out this site: http://void.org

Mamie, the House of Representatives already PASSED HR 4437. I am not nearly as worried about the house, although I plan to vote out my rep because he is decidedly for amnesty for all his relatives, as I am the Senate. It seems that more of them are bought and paid for than congressmen. Senators have decidedly more power, in my opinion. Therefore, we are going to have to find a way to convince them that we mean business and that the companies that buy their Senate seats for them are going to be sucking hind tit when it comes to the next election because the VOTERS are going to take charge and their dollars are going to be useless. And then we have to DO it, not just talk about it.
