There is no indication from this website that the terrorists on this list are in Honduras. It is a worldwide alert and so they are posting to every country.

Go to this section of the link Scuba provided and you will see on the State Department terrorist list Osama bin Laden and then on the Rewards for Justice Program which is part of the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) they spell it as shown above Usama bin Laden and then in the description which didn't come across, they spell it Usama bin Ladin.

PEOPLE: This is from our own Government. The MOST WANTED MAN IN THE WORLD's NAME IS SPELLED BY OUR GOVERNMENT 3 Different Ways. This is where Fox News got the Usama spelling I'm sure. Is that just unbelievable??? And then they list al-qa'ida with the Q's on the FTO list??? Why not the A's so it would be at the TOP???? And is it qaeda, qaida, or q'aida??
